This album is the perfect example of why music might be the greatest thing humans have ever invented
Thats like saying people invented water. And filled the ocean. Musics always been. People just found a way to make it.
@@randalljewell679 Nop, it's like saying people invented Orange Juice mixed with Sugar. It's based on water, but it ain't water. I believe music is a creation of the humans as we can express ourselves through it, without humans there wouldn't be music as we know it. Maybe there were sounds and noises before, but we shaped them and turned them into music.

It's completely different, sounds from other animals or the world itself might be considered music to you, but as I see it, music is an expression of the person who's making it. Birds sing, but I don't consider it music and, if it were, then it isn't the same kind of music.

Not sure why, but aside from the obvious classics from the likes of GYBE, EITS, GIAA, ASMZ, this is the one post-rock album that is among my all-time favorites which hasn't attained much traction from even the post-rock community. I think this is a perfectly executed post-rock record, and as good as anything else you'll find on a post-rock channel or in post-rock starterpacks.
I don't think I can explain why but I don't believe I'll ever discover another post-rock record that can top the idea that this record went with.

+Samer Ein Kwoon (the earlier albums), Anatomy of the Bear and Mogwai are very good, similar bands.

Oh Hiroshima. You're welcome. They actually got me into this genre recently, and I had been looking for bands that sound just like them but all of the other ones sounded too generic and noisy or just weird, but Oh Hiroshima and April Rain are absolutely breathtaking.

no, it can just be buried away deep, so we forget it's there, but all it takes is something to dig it up again
love ... No.. at least true love is always there. it doesn't simply disappear but sometimes distances, circumstances, life, and time push lovers apart but that doesn't ever mean that love will simply disappear. at least I hope so :).

Love transforms, sometimes to an extent that is unrecognizable from a disappeared one.
