Hello Mike, and thank you for your steadfast dedication to the ministry over the years, perhaps in heaven some day I'll have a chance to tell you how your ministry has been a compass inso many times! Now, recently I decided to stand with you in your 3 day a week fasting. I have a very serious question for you, When you fast three days a week how do you keep your digestion from causing you trouble the rest of the week? I know its the sacrifice that is key, but I'd rather fast 21 days than 3! The first 3 days are always killer :/ Praying Ps 122 as David did! Love to you in the name of Jahshua Messiah
