Ok my question for you is when you board the plane do the staff store your stroller on the plane or send it below..first time flying and I'm going to Mexico with a 9 yo and 1 yo
Oh nice! Yes when you gate check it they put it below the plane, but as soon as you land it is the first thing they bring out (with wheel chairs etc) and you pick it up as you get off the plane.
You’re welcome! They put it under the plane and then you pick it up in the same spot after landing. It’s called gate checking and you can do it for certain items like a stroller. Hope that helps!

Hi Lisa , thank you for your video . I don’t breastfeed my baby she drinks formula , do you know any regulations in airport for liquid or powder formula ?
I don’t, but my experience and what I’ve heard from others is that they are very accommodating of baby needs. I might bring formula in powder form and then add water after going through security. Or bring liquid formula in smaller proportions than what the airport allows (which varies by country by the way!)
Sorry, I rewatched the part about car seat base and I still don’t understand. First time mom here and about to travel with 3 month old. So do I take the base to strap in rental cars?
Hi, I will travel with a almost 4 month old to China, and I do not want to bring a car seat. But I cannot find a stroller that can accommodate a baby younger than 6 months and I cannot carry extra bassinet with the stroller since both my wrist has pains from baby holding… Can you put 4 month old on the bugaboo butterfly stroller? If I cannot being a stroller, what if the security agent asks me to tak baby out of carrier and run carrier through X-Ray machine? How can I put baby back in the carrier if I am hand holding the baby after security?
Sorry for the late reply, but according to what I can see online the Butterfly is for 6 months and older so you would need a car seat and adapter for a younger baby. Regarding security, I've seen them do it different ways but they don't make it impossible for you. Usually they may have you walk through the metal detector with the baby and then manually they check the stroller, especially if it has a car seat in it. Otherwise they sometimes have you fold it up and put it through the scanner.
It will be at the door of the plane where you left it. It sometimes takes a little while so I usually let everyone else get off first and then exit the plane and grab it.
Hi, I wonder if it’s possible or allowed to put the baby in the bassinet and go to the lavatory when travel alone? Or I just need to carry the baby(wake up baby)when I need to go? 😂
Hi ! Would like to ask is the flight pressure aill make the baby cries ? Coz even we as an adult we can feel the pressure at out ear but how babies thanks !!
Definitely they feel it too. For me, I nurse the baby when ascending or descending in order to let him alleviate it. A pacifier or bottle would have the same effect.

I would practice with the baby in the carrier in the interim. Every baby is different but maybe he or she can get a bit more comfortable and even nap in it with practice
Not quite that long alone, no, I've done longer hauls but I had my husband with me on those. On a 10-hour flight I would definitely tell a flight attendant that I am on my own so that they can seat me next to an empty seat if there are any (to put the baby down), and check in on me periodically. Thanks for this great content. I had a few questions: 1. Is the car seat checked in as a seperate/ additional piece of luggage? 2. How big are the stroller bags? Provided you had one of those 3in1 strollers with the interchangeable car seat/ basinnet fittings and used the car seat attached to the stroller wheels, would the car seat and folded stroller frame easily fit into the stroller travel bag? Or would you need to buy both the stroller bag and the car seat bag seperate?
You’re welcome! There is no charge for checking a car seat and you do it separately at the over size luggage counter (or just ask when you do your regular luggage what to do). The bag I had wouldn’t have fit both the car seat and stroller. But the bag for the car seat is free at the desk and I have in the past asked for an extra one of those for my stroller. Hope that helps!
Hi I am travelling alone with my 4m old baby on a 15h flight so she can meet her grandparents. Quick question. What is your best advice for security ? No option for the baby to go through security in her stroller? Thanks

So just be aware that they may ask you do to either and relax, take your time, and ask for help if you need it. You will get through it!
I found this helpful and God bless you . I am very nervous because my daughter is 4 months old and she is a very fussy baby. She didn’t like to be staying in one place . She just like to be in a stroller but to sit in my lap or use a carrier will bother her . Do you have that any issue with one your kids when they are fussy? Luckily those are pretty short flights, I guess I might play it by ear and I always ask a flight attendant if the flight is full and if it’s possible to have an empty seat beside. They have always been helpful and accommodating with me. Also if you find the baby is fussy you can ask the person beside if they want to switch (most would prefer a window rather than have you crawling past them).
Hi thanks for your video. I will be on a 4 hr connecting flight + 7 hr flight to Toronto with my 6 month old in 3 weeks. He is completely healthy but I am anxious about him getting sick on the plane eg. ear pain or fever, maybe I'm overthinking it. I will be wearing a mask but obviously he can't but I am also anxious about him catching a virus on the plane or in the airports. Do you have any tips or anything from your experience ?
Those air filters are apparently quite effective. I would try as much as you can not to stress it. If and when he catches a virus, it doesn’t mean you did anything wrong.
If you don't get a seat for the baby then you just have to pay tax. You do have to notify the airline that you are travelling with an infant and they need a boarding pass.
So helpful! Taking a long flight with spouse and baby. We were thinking of buying three seats but now I am wondering if I should bring the car seat on the plane. Should we gate check the car seat or is the car seat necessary for a longer flight ? Would you recommend seat for baby for a longer flight ?
Glad it was helpful! Personally I have never opted for the extra seat. Most times I’ve flown I’ve been able to get reseated next to an empty seat if there is one (I ask the flight attendants and they help out), but it’s not a sure thing and you may have the baby on your lap or in the carrier for whole flight. But then again, with your spouse, you can take turns. For me it was a cost consideration thing but nothing wrong with booking the extra seat if it will bring you comfort.
@@ThePossibilityMom thanks for the insight! Certainly a lot to consider but these are some great point. And yes alone versus with a significant other definitely make a difference. Thanks !

There may be tough moments in a long haul. You get tired, baby gets tired. Try to be gentle with yourself and baby and nurse and cuddle and play. Also be bold and ask attendants to seat you beside an empty seat, there often are some. You got this!
Yes every airline I have travelled with allows you to bring food for the baby. They only have issue with bottle liquids, which you could still purchase after security
Sorry for the late reply but no they don't need to purchase a ticket but you do need to notify the airline, pay a tax and get them their own boarding pass at the airport. Hope that helps!

I just kind of try to tuck them in with the carrier, at 5 months or even 9 months that has worked but as they get bigger it would be more challenging.

To check as luggage yes, but not to bring on the plane as a car seat
does baby have to have ear muffs or anything? we fly to cali friday our first time she’s 6 months
No, I’ve never used those, except at a musical performance when my baby was tiny. It’s not that kind of loud on the plane. Happy travels!

There may be tough moments in a long haul. You get tired, baby gets tired. Try to be gentle with yourself and baby and nurse and cuddle and play. Also be bold and ask attendants to seat you beside an empty seat, there often are some. You got this!
@ thank you Lisa ☺️
Your baby is so cute! I am so worried about the flights with 10 months old baby next month.
Can I bring any baby food(solid food) in the airplane?
Yes every airline I have travelled with allows you to bring food for the baby. They only have issue with bottle liquids, which you could still purchase after security
Hi maam lisa just got a question if the infant in lap does need thier own ticke? Specially international flight?
Sorry for the late reply but no they don't need to purchase a ticket but you do need to notify the airline, pay a tax and get them their own boarding pass at the airport. Hope that helps!
God bless u ♥️♥️
Thank you! What resonated with you in the video?
Thank you for these useful tips 😍 Can I ask which baby carrier do you prefer, this one or the Manduca, the one you used in the previous video 4 years ago? Which one easier to access and put on? Thank you 🫶🫶🌟🌟
Sorry for the late reply but I like the one I have now! I liked the previous one as well but this one is serving me well.
This is helpful
So glad!
How was your baby on the plane ? Did their ears bother them ?
Wasn't a problem but I nursed him on ascent and decent so that they wouldn't bother him.
What soft carrier did you use?
I put all the items in the description, here is the link but it looks like it is sold out at the moment! www.maisonette.com/product/baby-carrier-mini-in-beige-leopard?irclickid=0TbWxdQjIxyNR9L2odz-41r2UkAROdx3XTfg3Q0&Affiliate<K&Online%20Tracking%20Link&irgwc=1
Do you have nine kids yes or no
Yes ma'am I do
What if they don’t want to nurse?
I don't know, for me they've always nursed! Maybe as a comfort mechanism.
Baby boy
Unfortunately I am travelling alone😢❤ wish me a good luck 🤞
Good luck! How did it go?
I wish you continued making videos!! I want to watch more Christian content.
Why thank you! It's a bit niche but we have been making content about mental health in marriage from a Catholic/Christian perspective. www.youtube.com/@perseveretogether
Sorry to say, but very bad advise to have your passports and credit card in your lose blazer pocket, Especially you take it off in the plane. What’s wrong with a small sling or so . Do not keep your valuables in a blazer pocket !
Hi! I just found your video so helpful!! Does checking in the baby car seat cost extra charge?
No charge!
