Create a Prime Minister role with real authority and give it to Kalonzo. For the presidency, let Gen Z's choice, Matiang'i, represent the youth and lead the transition into the next election. Natembeya as Deputy President to balance the ticket. Meanwhile, Gachagua can run his own parallel campaign. This would set the stage for a generational shift in leadership, while maintaining a competitive dynamic
