THOUGHTS:
The sub par accessories, lack of a grounding screw and poor implementation of the grounding/barrel jack adapter, and dodgy tip insertion all work together to bring this down to a 3 star but seems to work well as is.
I believe this iron is not there yet but could be much better with a few changes like, better support for adapter or just built into main body, better guide for tips to allow easier insertion, proper accessories to allow for stand and sponge tray, some form of gasket or lock to prevent end cap from coming unscrewed.
