Oh that’s a awesome suggestion as Betty Jean goes all in with colour as well, and totally agree they show us what shadows they’re going to use and I’m side eyeing it ,I’d never think to pair those colours together but it not only works but looks fanfreakingtastic . I have several Moira eyeshadow palettes. I REALLY like the quality! Very affordable too. I can’t wait to see their next releases. I love the ‘old with the new makeup’ type of chatty video. You can get a good treadmill for the amount you want to pay. Don’t buy on any social marketplace. I know two people whose account information was compromised. If you buy new you’ll also have a warranty and not have to worry whether the product has been truthfully represented. Just a thought. 😊 I wash the brushes I use as soon as I finish my makeup. I feel they stain less if the pigments are removed right away! I wasn’t always so efficient. 😂 I realized that it was stressful seeing a mountain of unwashed brushes. Enjoy your party. For 2023 for myself, I have a few things in mind. -Be ok with not liking what everyone else likes. I JUST got rid of my ABH Soft Glam & Modern Renaissance palettes. I kept keeping them because I felt like I "should". I never used them. So they now live with 2 coworkers who are thrilled to have them. -I'd like to add things to my collection that I really like. That sounds a bit like "well, duh" but I just really want to have something more curated & very Me. Idk how else to explain it. -I want to use my eyeliners more. I have SO many pretty colors & I just don't reach for them anymore.

In regards to treadmills: I recommend you prioritizing the treadmill to be WIDE! I respect people having New Year's resolutions, but I don't believe in them myself. I am 100% over trying to use up stuff I don't like, I just bin it now. Also, like in cutlery or clothing, I just got rid of all my old frumpy clothes (mum stuff or when I was bigger) and I didn't buy anything new for years because I was aiming for new body, new wardrobe. So now hahahaha, everything is extra. My only option in clothing is alternative, sexy, or fashionable. There is no frumpy available and I love it.
yeah I stopped buying things that others described as "classic" or "basic pieces" because I realized I never used those as much as I thought I would haha

regarding palette reviews: I think the review part is naturally way more relevant than any tutorial aspect (being inspired to recreate the look). for a review, we want to see as much as possible and if it's only one look you can do with it, it's way more helpful to see many shades. focussing on looks people want to recreate takes away from the creativity (the look will be less unique) but appeal more to those who don't want the palette anyway, who just like the specific colours in it. thus, the titles of these videos are pretty relevant so we as viewers know who your target is / what your focus is!
People need to remind themselves more often that every skin has different needs. I recently had a small discussion on Insta about the Catrice True Skin foundation. For me personally it makes my skin look dry and horrible. I've tried it many times and always had the same result. I usually cling onto products, but this one went into the bin pretty fast. However that person said that for her it's super moisturizing (yes, she said it like this) and beautiful. She couldn't comprehend that for me it's not this way and as she claimed that she has combo skin as well. Same with shape tape. Some people love it some people hate it. Reviews are important, but in the end they don't guarantee that it will work for you like this as well - negatively or positively.
As for the treadmill, I'd say get a short gym membership and start there. You can get a start on your fitness and wait a couple of months... All those January treadmill buyers will be selling theirs. It also let's you know if you want to run indoors without the hefty price tag 😁
Many communities have running groups. They run together so if you would like to run outdoors, you may be able to find a group that you can run with near you. I love your videos and am glad I found the channel. My resolution this year is to de clutter and downsize what I don’t truly need anymore.
If you go back to Europe this year I would LOVE to see you hang out with Nikki Raven for a day. You both have this wicked sense of humor and colorful makeup esthetic that I want to grow up to be. (Yes I’m older then both of you lol)
I can’t live without my Moira lip liners. Pretty much all I use because they have shades I want and not just 100 shades of pink. Lots of nudes (pink is not nude to me), terracotta, browns. I have tons of Moira products that I love, but the lip liners are holy grail to me.
Your 'use your nice stuff' comments really hit home, I do exactly the same with makeup (try and use up stuff I don't like and 'save' the nice stuff), and I noticed I've started doing it with clothes too. Results in me having clothes and makeup that I bought a year ago that I've still not worn or used! 🤦🏽♀️ So it's definitely a New Years Resolution for me to use things I enjoy whenever I feel like it rather than feeling like I have to 'save it for when it's worth it' xx
Angie I was and am still, excited hearing your ideas for your channel. I am a very colourful, bold eye looks. I have been through so many CT Scans and have my CT Friday for my extremely painful and sick Lymph Nodes. This year is time for reflection and knowing me for me and not my illnesses. I am fighting and it drives me but I can't seem to find myself. 2023 I have to meditate more, walk more and buy less. I have a habit of buying palettes. I love what I have and am going to focus on my collection. Plus I do have Boxycharm! LOL ❤ 😆 🤣

For the treadmill - I am not in the States but I work with a company that sells on Amazon. In the US they have Amazon warehouse, and / or refurbished products. Many are returns they simply cannot sell as new because they didn't get back all the original packaging with the product. Perhaps that would work for you. No matter what your skincare goals may be, start with the basics if you have not yet - sunscreen every day. I am no UA-camr but each time someone complains about washing their brushes it guilts me to do my own. So thank you! Looking forward to 'seeing' you in 2023

Angie! I’m so thrilled you’re using Danessa’s Blurring Balm Powder! I use it as my base product for light coverage. It’s the only product I’ve hit pan on in 2022 because it wears so well on my combo-oily skin, considering I’m based in a tropical country.
I love the Balm Powder too! I generally use it as my foundation and it controls my oils like nothing ever has! I've finished one up and am well into my second one!.

It’s called The Thursday Murder Club series and it’s wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety and I don’t enjoy stressful or gory mystery books anymore. This series is great if you love a good puzzle but don’t want a lot of violence. Happy 2023 and I hope you’re able to not just pour into your career but also all of your hobbies that make you uniquely you!

My resolutions definitely include buying less makeup, specifically palettes. I have more eyeshadow palettes than I can use in my lifetime. But I love them so much! Other resolutions are completing more cross stitch projects that I already own and learning to use Procreate. Oily skin review of dm blurr balm: I love the dm blurr balm, I got it in May when I came out and I wore it for the entire spring and summer. I have a huge pan in it. I do use conceler with it and I set it with a loose powder and then a pressed powder after bronzer. I tried it without any powder because of what the brand clams but I didn't even make it to the afternoon without have to use a powder. It just can't hold my oils. But setting it with powder it works beautifully, it lasts all day, with some touch ups, I'm very oily so nothing really holds up to them. Overall I love the fact that it's a light coverage matte product that's quick and easy to use.

regarding palette reviews: I think the review part is naturally way more relevant than any tutorial aspect (being inspired to recreate the look). for a review, we want to see as much as possible and if it's only one look you can do with it, it's way more helpful to see many shades. focussing on looks people want to recreate takes away from the creativity (the look will be less unique) but appeal more to those who don't want the palette anyway, who just like the specific colours in it. thus, the titles of these videos are pretty relevant so we as viewers know who your target is / what your focus is!
People need to remind themselves more often that every skin has different needs.
I recently had a small discussion on Insta about the Catrice True Skin foundation. For me personally it makes my skin look dry and horrible. I've tried it many times and always had the same result. I usually cling onto products, but this one went into the bin pretty fast.
However that person said that for her it's super moisturizing (yes, she said it like this) and beautiful. She couldn't comprehend that for me it's not this way and as she claimed that she has combo skin as well.
Same with shape tape. Some people love it some people hate it.
Reviews are important, but in the end they don't guarantee that it will work for you like this as well - negatively or positively.
As for the treadmill, I'd say get a short gym membership and start there. You can get a start on your fitness and wait a couple of months... All those January treadmill buyers will be selling theirs. It also let's you know if you want to run indoors without the hefty price tag 😁
Many communities have running groups. They run together so if you would like to run outdoors, you may be able to find a group that you can run with near you. I love your videos and am glad I found the channel. My resolution this year is to de clutter and downsize what I don’t truly need anymore.
If you go back to Europe this year I would LOVE to see you hang out with Nikki Raven for a day. You both have this wicked sense of humor and colorful makeup esthetic that I want to grow up to be. (Yes I’m older then both of you lol)
I can’t live without my Moira lip liners. Pretty much all I use because they have shades I want and not just 100 shades of pink. Lots of nudes (pink is not nude to me), terracotta, browns. I have tons of Moira products that I love, but the lip liners are holy grail to me.
Your 'use your nice stuff' comments really hit home, I do exactly the same with makeup (try and use up stuff I don't like and 'save' the nice stuff), and I noticed I've started doing it with clothes too. Results in me having clothes and makeup that I bought a year ago that I've still not worn or used! 🤦🏽♀️ So it's definitely a New Years Resolution for me to use things I enjoy whenever I feel like it rather than feeling like I have to 'save it for when it's worth it' xx
Angie I was and am still, excited hearing your ideas for your channel. I am a very colourful, bold eye looks. I have been through so many CT Scans and have my CT Friday for my extremely painful and sick Lymph Nodes. This year is time for reflection and knowing me for me and not my illnesses. I am fighting and it drives me but I can't seem to find myself. 2023 I have to meditate more, walk more and buy less. I have a habit of buying palettes. I love what I have and am going to focus on my collection. Plus I do have Boxycharm! LOL ❤ 😆 🤣

For the treadmill - I am not in the States but I work with a company that sells on Amazon. In the US they have Amazon warehouse, and / or refurbished products. Many are returns they simply cannot sell as new because they didn't get back all the original packaging with the product. Perhaps that would work for you. No matter what your skincare goals may be, start with the basics if you have not yet - sunscreen every day. I am no UA-camr but each time someone complains about washing their brushes it guilts me to do my own. So thank you! Looking forward to 'seeing' you in 2023

I agree that some trends may seem fun, but you have to be honest with yourself. That's one of the reasons I love you and your channel. You wear what you like, you do your makeup the way YOU like, and you're honest about everything in between. Angie! I’m so thrilled you’re using Danessa’s Blurring Balm Powder! I use it as my base product for light coverage. It’s the only product I’ve hit pan on in 2022 because it wears so well on my combo-oily skin, considering I’m based in a tropical country.

I’m so happy you had a good year despite all of the changes and challenges you faced this year. If you’re into mysteries, I just devoured 3 books in 5 days!! It’s called The Thursday Murder Club series and it’s wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety and I don’t enjoy stressful or gory mystery books anymore. This series is great if you love a good puzzle but don’t want a lot of violence. Happy 2023 and I hope you’re able to not just pour into your career but also all of your hobbies that make you uniquely you!

My resolutions definitely include buying less makeup, specifically palettes. I have more eyeshadow palettes than I can use in my lifetime. But I love them so much! Other resolutions are completing more cross stitch projects that I already own and learning to use Procreate.

Oily skin review of dm blurr balm: I love the dm blurr balm, I got it in May when I came out and I wore it for the entire spring and summer. I have a huge pan in it. I do use conceler with it and I set it with a loose powder and then a pressed powder after bronzer. I tried it without any powder because of what the brand clams but I didn't even make it to the afternoon without have to use a powder. It just can't hold my oils. But setting it with powder it works beautifully, it lasts all day, with some touch ups, I'm very oily so nothing really holds up to them. Overall I love the fact that it's a light coverage matte product that's quick and easy to use.
