CHICKEN ENCHILADAS!! Best Recipe Ever!

1 1/2 -2 pounds cooked and shredded chicken
1 can refried beans (16 ounce)
1 can ro-tel (10 ounce drained)
3 heaping TBSP sour cream
2 1/2 cups enchilada sauce
8-12 ounces shredded cheese
6-8 burrito or tortilla shells
