OMG! I cannot believe how perfect the Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation is! After watching this video the other day, I jumped onto the Sephora site and ordered it. It was the last day of their 20% off sale. I received the foundation today, and was blown away! I am a full glam 62 year old with combo skin, fine lines, acne scars, and huge pores. For the past 3 years I have been on a quest to find the right foundation that would cover all of my scars and sink into my skin instead of caking and craking and making me look worse. I was always envious of others' who have found their "Holy Grail". Well, it can now say that I am in the "Foundation Holy Grail Club" LOL. Today was my first day wearing it, and I used the Tatcha Silk Canvas as a primer. The foundation sunk into my skin, did not skip over my pores and did not cause "polka dot" pores. It covered all of my discolorations, and had a little bit of radiance while minimizing the look of my texture and pores. I did have to keep patting it lightly with the beauty blender until it was set because it tried to sink into some of my lines. It remained a little tacky, so I powdered with the Huda Powder (Holy Grail Powder), and it still looked beautiful and did not lose much of the radiance. It wore well for 9 hours, at which point it started to get a little dry around my mouth. I am so happy! Thank you for all your time and effort that you put into your videos, it is very much appreciated.

I bought the Natural Radiant in shade Patagonia. I was blown away, it literally looks like skin. I like to keep it as natural looking as possible so this foundation is a blessing. I just add a bit of concealer and Bareminerals Faux Tan. Voila. PS: By looking at the bottom of the bottle I noticed that Nars belongs to the Shiseido Group. I had no idea.
I'm absolutely hooked on the Nars Natural Radiant foundation! I have been wearing it for about 2 months now. I have had my makeup on since 6pm last night (it's currently 1030am). I work 12 hour shifts outside in the heat and oppressive humidity and my skin looks flawless still! My skin feels like it has nothing on it. The bottle also lasts longer because just one pump covers so beautifully, there is no need to apply more. I'm in my 40's and on a lazy day, I will even put it under my delicate under eye area. It's definitely a life changing product. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review if the product. It's so very helpful.

I like the sheer glow way better. Like you I have never had a problem with the coverage of the SG. ITS FABULOUS!!! I like the radiant foundation when I first put it on but after about an four or two it completely breaks down. It’s terrible.
Flawless!!! I just got a sample of the new long wear. I'm surprised I haven't tried the sheer glow.. I have dry skin and love glowy foundations. I'm 49 and use retin a so can't wait to try the new Nars tmrw!!! Thanku

I’ve found that Nars Sheer Glow is very comparable to the much cheaper Maybelline Fit Me! This new Natural Radiance Long Wear Foundation bottle is almost identical to the Maybelline bottle. I’d be very curious to see how the new Nars formula capares to the less expensive Maybelline brand.
I was really looking forward to trying the new radiant foundation, however Nars may have expanded their colour range but they’ve taken away the shade Siberia 😭 the palest yellow shade and now I can’t get a match. I get really cross that brands forget about extremes of skin colours both pale and dark, but to be inclusive and then take it away is particularly bad.
I have tried the radiant longwear foundation and LOVE the way it looks when I first put it on. Unfortunately it has broken down around my nose, under my eyes and chin. These are the areas I colour correct, so maybe that's why. I have combo skin . Has anyone used a primer with this that has worked well please? I love this foundation so much, I just want to make it last longer!

Your video is the best, most honest and entertaining one I have seen. I loved your video but I am still unsure which one to try. I am 76, have blue eyes and medium brown hair although underneath it is silver! My body skin is very light olive but my face skin is very light with a few blemishes. £30 odd is a lot for me to spend on foundation but I haven’t liked the result of cheaper foundations because it settles into lines. So I decided to treat myself! I am confused over which colour to choose. I need a colour to warm me up otherwise I look ghostlike! I have looked at Gobi, Patagonia and Fiji. Could you help me decide please as I am not confident in choosing as it’s such a lot of money to spend if I get it wrong. Thank you for your superb video,
Victoria Cosgrove I tried the all day luminous but it looked awful on my skin. I used to love a Matt finish but find as I’m getting older, a more satin finish is far more flattering. I’ve got to say I LOVE NARS!!! Their concealer is also in my top 3 premium brand concealers. 💖
Great video. I will be buying the Sheer Glow before it disappears soon due to discontinuation. Just one BIG question. You say this shade is Fiji. In another Of your videos you say your NARS shade is Gobi. These 2 shades are quite different as FIJI is light to medium shade and GOBI is light. They both have yellowish tones though. I use the same No 7 shade as you, which is Calico which is the lightest No 7 shade. Fiji is still available on the NARS website in UK whereas Gobi is not so it would be excellent from my point of view if Fiji is good on your skin as well as Calico. I do think Calico is a weeny bit on the light side for me and maybe for you too? Great to see your Mum on videos since. Which shade does she use?
I received a sample of the Radiant longwear from a Sephora order. Decided to try it yesterday. My favorite way to wear foundation is a thin layer, applied with a really small brush, buffed in really, really well, over tinted sunscreen. I opened the sample, removed a little bit and applied it, then tossed the sample in the trash. After running errands yesterday and being outside (Vegas) and finally inspecting my face before removing makeup, I dug the sample out of the trash to use up the rest of the sample. It's that good. Will be heading to Sephora to pick up a full size bottle. I am 52 with texture and enlarged pores on my cheeks. It looks beautiful on you.
Oh my gosh, scratch my whole comment. Read the packaging wrong. The sample I tried was the sheer glow. I do love it though. Reminder to read things with my reading glasses. 😂

Can I mix it with a lighter shade of the sheer glow I have? Will it mix okay? Or best to get a lighter shade of natural radiant? Does that make sense?! X
I am very close in shade to Her, and I tried few shades, I actually mix Mont Blanc and Salzburg to get a decent match. It still looks good on her, just needs some fake tan 😍

It's difficult Julia....I went through a phase of really looking after them and then life took over and now they sometimes look nice and sometimes don't. I try and keep them short now. I'm getting a few ridges which is really annoying and weakens them a bit. xxx
Thanks Gemma. I have weak nail due to all the meds I’m on. My husband bought me the Sally Hanson cuticle oil and I have had remarkable results. They’re so much stronger that I can smooth the ridges off with a fine emery board. I rub it in at night
What primer and setting products are you using with Nars Natural Radiant or even the Sheer Glow? I’ve tried both and I cannot get past the transfer!!! Both come off so bad on my skin and I have no idea why. I’ve tried so many different primers and setting sprays and powders and it never gets even semi transfer resistant. (I’ve also tried not using any primer) Where she touched her cheeks to see if they were dry, I would have had serious patches totally bare of anything after touching my face like that. Hi Lauren, Fiji is a little dark for me so keep that in mind when you're looking at what shades match my skin. I'd say I'm a couple of shades lighter and more neutral than warm xxxx
This did not help my decision 😂 oh I wish I had your makeup skills. I’m so torn though. I never got on with NARS radiant creamy concealer, it was too thick and really dry and stung my skin so bad, so I’ve always been put off trying their foundation. But I keep being drawn to trying the sheer glow. At the moment my go to’s are CYO lifeproof and Clinique even better glow, but I need something with more coverage that also gives a healthy glow on my dryer 30 year old skin. I’d also love to try too faced born this way but all I have here in North Wales is a small boots and Debenhams so I’ve no counters to shade match. For once I’d just love to find a foundation that photographs well, as I always feel like I look better in real life until I realise I look terrible! If that makes sense! The dilemma 😂

Fiji is for NC20 depth with yellow / olive undertones
The radiant longwear runs deeper so even if someone is Fiji in sheer flownit will be lighter in RD

Hi Lauren, Fiji is a little dark for me so keep that in mind when you're looking at what shades match my skin. I'd say I'm a couple of shades lighter and more neutral than warm xxxx

She’s probably NC15 if she’s in Gobi, if not then NC10.
Does this foundation have more coverage than the maybeline superstay and Estée Lauder???
It's buildable but slightly less coverage to start off with xxx

This did not help my decision 😂 oh I wish I had your makeup skills. I’m so torn though. I never got on with NARS radiant creamy concealer, it was too thick and really dry and stung my skin so bad, so I’ve always been put off trying their foundation. But I keep being drawn to trying the sheer glow. At the moment my go to’s are CYO lifeproof and Clinique even better glow, but I need something with more coverage that also gives a healthy glow on my dryer 30 year old skin. I’d also love to try too faced born this way but all I have here in North Wales is a small boots and Debenhams so I’ve no counters to shade match. For once I’d just love to find a foundation that photographs well, as I always feel like I look better in real life until I realise I look terrible! If that makes sense! The dilemma 😂
