thank you. you are the first person i found who was able to explain dForce basics in less than 20 minutes. why everyone else's video is soooo long is beyond me.
If you place the Dforce parameter 'Start Bones From Memorized Pose' to OFF, it will speed things up quite a bit. That way the model(s) do not start at a zero point (X,Y,Z and zero pose)... very useful if your subjects are not at the zero point in the render.
That's something that I would love to be able to do, but is unfortunately beyond my current abilities. From what I understand most models and objects in Daz are created with programs such as Blender and Marvelous Designer which I know pretty much nothing about. Maybe in the future, though!
Thanks for the tutorial ^_^ Seeing how you 'sped up' creating the camera, I see I've still got a LOT to learn (I still use Poser camera settings when I make images, just easier to use something I'm acquainted with already).
One topic that is related is how to this is how to adjust clothing that is on a character. Lets say you have a character that is lifting their shirt from the bottom for example, how would you do that? I seen some stuff to do with weights or whatever, but I am fuzzy on it all (still new to Daz).
Hi I was wondering if you had any tutorials on importing Obj files and making them cloth items, more specifically I have an obj cape and everytime I try to add it to a Gen 8 (Robyn figure) it messes up. Thanks

Thanks for the tip! I'm still learning the ins and outs of Dforce. I'll give this a try!
Great!! You should make one or two videos with basics of clothes and object making🤗

Great video, I look forward for the second part.
The video I've asked for! Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi
I was wondering if you had any tutorials on importing Obj files and making them cloth items, more specifically I have an obj cape and everytime I try to add it to a Gen 8 (Robyn figure) it messes up.
Thanks
