A former criminal that needed multiple chances to turn his life around, and he’s one of the stronger characters in DC for it. That is fucking ridiculous, he has the power of thousands of hydrogen bombs and uses it to move around in goofy ways, if he wasn’t comic relief he would rival characters like Omni-man.
I if you disagree, everything we know about physics says, matter and energy cannot be created. And plastic man does that, in mass. Plus his invulnerability to all damage and extreme temperatures only delay him makes him an unstoppable threat. He is well aware of this, he knows what he could do.
