Catching Catfish In The Morning! (Bank Fishing)

- Sometimes catfishing can be frustrating when the bite is slow and the catfish just aren’t biting. Some days you might catch a bunch of catfish and some days you might on catch one or a few. There’s going to be days you only can small ones and then there’s those good day when you catch a monster cat that smacks down on bait! Typically when the fishing gets tough, I like to switch up my approach and try something different. One way I like to do this is by using different catfishing rigs, to see what gets them going!

Man good video it’s nice to watch these I’m an OTR Trucking dude I’m gonna put a cat rod in the truck I decided. Man that place you fished at looks just like where I grew up in Stockton California our delta rivers had lots of fishing. Keep doing your thing you are appreciated.
I am a little older than you and I learned from father to rig either simple egg sinker sliding or 3 way with a bank sinker. All based on conditions I am fishing. I have been successful but bought the material for the santee cooper rig to give it a spin in the near future. Great video.

I am going to start using 3-way rigs w 10 Lb test to the sinker & 50 lb mono leader w live bait for Flatheads. Caught a 15.8 lb Flathead 2 weeks ago.

Nice video brauh. That Saintee Cooper rig looking sweet, that 3 way rig is interesting. I can see where the 3 way can not only put your bait higher up in the water colum but with a heavy enough weight the current won't push your bait down stream. Your gear is pretty, looks like you're serious about gear.

We fish the exact same rods 💯 lol. I like The ripping lips fishing rods I have two of them. And I use tangling with catfish. The only difference with tangling with catfish I use I believe it's the EXT series. Check them out they're high Vis green love the color. Tight lines ♥️
