Seeing as she was fighting constantly and not once really ran out of energy yea. Theres a slight issue there if you don't actually have to manage her resource.
Seeing as shes a bruiser and not a flat out tank (riot loves tank meta) she'll probably get the Sett treatment and nerfed every patch after release until she can't flex 3-4 roles and has a 50% W/R in top... but until then I fully expect her to be pick/ban every game and shes going to be absurdly broken to get people to buy her (just like Sett in his early days lol)

Tbh, I feel like she wouldn't be that bad if the passive didn't also give her dashes off of both qs. Make her use her e and w for teamfight mobility, saving q for waveclear and comboing and she seems on a roughly even playing field with something like riven. With 2 dashes on q as well she is a bruiser with an unstoppable dive ultimate whose basic abilities make her more mobile than bel veth.
