First, Design and plan.
RAX TENT's design department will make a drawing for the glass dome tent, including the size, shape, and features of the structure, based on customer demands.
Second, Frame manufacturing.
1, Cut the tubes
RAX TENT's production department cuts the aluminum alloy profiles using an aluminum cutting machine according to the production drawings.
2, Drill holes
RAX TENT Workers will drill holes on the frame, so we can combine the frames together with screws.
3, Weld the tubes
Weld the aluminum pipes into triangles or quadrilaterals for quick installation
4, Paint the frame
Paint the welded aluminum frame in the specific color requested by the customer, such as gold, white, black, grey, and others.
Thirdly, let's look at the glass production process.
RAX TENT's glass dome tents are all made of tempered glass and the glass has options, such as different colors, single-layer, double-layer, or three-layer glass.
The tempered glass is cut into pieces according to the drawing from our design team, edged to be more safety-touching, and drilled holes for solar fans or stoves.
For double-layer glass, the laminated or hollowed process will be needed.
Then tempered at high temperature, and imprinted with the logo.
Fourthly, Aassemble the glass dome tent.
Once the framework and tempered glass for the glass dome tent are completed, we will assemble the dome to make sure every detail is perfect.
Fifth, Quality control.
The final glass dome tent undergoes a waterproof test and soundproof test to ensure that it meets the necessary safety standards.
Last, package and shipping.
The glass dome tent is then packed and shipped to our clients around the world.
