Just watched it now. Great looking tree and nice composition. I also appreciated your video editing, well done. Keep posting and I’ll keep watching. 😄👍 thanks for the comment
thanks for showing this great styling👍 i think maybe if you want you can remove the bark on the side with not so much branches and make it to a dead wood on one side and style it on the other side normal so it would look like the tree was getting hitted by a storm or a lightning and is regrowing from the other side after you have done the backbuding on the tree .
Thanks for the thoughtful comment and styling suggestion. Love it. I’ll need to work up the courage and like you said get the back budding figured out. 👍😄
Привет! Давно не заходил на ваш канал, и как обычно каждое видео меня радует. Надеюсь у вас всё хорошо, жаль что у нас в России всё плохо и многие хорошие люди не могут с этим ничего поделать.
Thanks for watching and commenting. It’s been awhile since I last posted. It’s about that time of year when I can dig out my bonsai from the ground. I can only imagine what it must be like in Russia, hope your trees are doing good 👍. Thanks again
Looks great! Been trying to get black spruce to survive.. haven't had much luck. I think in the swamp I'm not getting enough fine roots. Might have to get one higher up. Out of 6 so far I've had one survive.
That’s rough. Collecting in spring or fall? I can imagine it would be hard to get good roots in boggy type areas. I’ve had good success with the spruce in our area. Might also be black spruce are hard to collect. I like your idea of higher up. May the force be with you 😄👍
Another great video!!
Thanks
Hi Chris... good to see you again!
Thanks Leszek 👍😄 - I had lost some motivation for posting videos but it appears to be coming back
Quite a fine. Beautiful specimen. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Thanks, keep growing
Thanks Matt 😄👍

All my outdoor trees are still buried on the ground. Nice to see some work.
Ya mine too. This was from last spring. Actually I think it was a post flush pruning/styling. Late spring
