I everytime have a question, why they don't cut tree from the very bottom of the trunk ? Is it not possible ? Why waste a metre of wood by not cutting at bottom ?

its TOO THICK for the chain saws and will either wear them out prematurely or break / dislodge the chains on the saw. to remove the stump they will use a front end loader with a stump grinding attachment.
