Yes, mk11 design by far the best kitana look, it feels an mk3 design but more coverage and it make sense with her presence (elegant, feminine but tough at the same time and not too oversexualize)

It struck me as more creative than just a gust of air. The flailing the arms in MK9 looked so clownish lol.
Honestly, mk9 had good special move affects. I like her fan toss and how her fans look in general in that game. Mk11 looks amazing, but some of the effects don't look as cool as they did in previous games(kitana's moves especially)
When I played MK 2, when it came to Kintaro and Shao Kahn, Kitana was my go-to character because of this move. Majority of times, the AI would walk into my fan lift so I'll repeat the process until they are defeated.
She looked more middle eastern in all her previous appearances. She looks more eastern asian now. Its strange how drastically they've changed certain characters appearances over the years.
