yeah, although Benedek's partner did was not wearing the same colours as him, so maybe that was not is usual partner.. or something... is it possible, that for example, his real partner got sick and could not compete, so he paired with this guy on the spot? I am not saying that he played bad, but maybe the coordination was lacking then, or something. Or I am just thinking too much
World class play by pongfinity! Absolute joy to watch your teamwork. Your recieves were crazy, especially from Otto. Amazing play , really really solid. Hats off🎉
Obviously they are both amazing overall but Otto's technique and Miikka's athleticism are just so complimentary. Congrats to Otto for killer finishers and Miikka for covering all bases, including Otto's right hand :D
I think Otto plays even better in doubles because he can hit the ball hard without worrying that much about moving back to position 😂 Jokes aside, congratulations for the great performance guys
I love how Otto has so much trouble beating Benedek, but with Mikka by his side they dominate Benedek and all the other competition. The Power of Friendship!
That, and the fact that these guys are both legitimately as good as anyone apart from Olah. He was playing with a weaker teammate which narrows the gap.
@@goku445 I don't think anything after 130-140kg helps. At least that's my experience when I was playing. Samuli has been a "strong" top 5 player in Finland for a good 10 years but in the last years he's actually gotten strong 😉
I really like how after each point they win they give knuckles to each other. Really shows how great their friendship is and why they are playing so good together.
Brilliant points and congratulations! Otto is truly the Sensei. A friend of mine bought me the Sensei paddle from Pongfinity as a gift and the paddle case was signed by Otto, Mikka and Emil. So honored to play with it. As the sensei at Teddy's Tavern in Seattle, I am really excited to learn from the amazing Pongfinity videos as well. I wish they could visit Seattle and play table tennis with us one day! 🏆
Seeing them play always inspires me, they are very good and dedicated, imagine playing like these guys, playing alongside them would be a dream. A big hug from Brazil
I have no real experience with table tennis, he’ll your videos got me into it like today, but this is beyond crazy. Both teams reaction times are superhuman to say the least.
Wow, I always thougth that you guys coul only do incredible trick shots, but you are even better in real matches. Please show more matches like this🙏🙏🙏 I can learn so much from you, guys
otto is such a smart player, you can see he analyses their position super fast to hit in the best place everytime. Just a quick thinker, it's deadly at this level
For those who do not know Mikka and Otto they would probably think they are just a couple of the trio goofy / funny youtube bloggers with some pingpong skills. This game speaks of what they are actually more capable of in serious competitions.
Nice ! Congrats, it was fun to watch :) I just had an idea for this channel or the main one: you commenting/analyzing you, playing in real game. It might be a little less entertaining for non table tennis player (eventhough vulgarization is still very interesting for everybody I guess) but for actual players it would be really enjoyable, I mean, to me it would, at least. This idea came from something I thought watching one of Miikka's game which is I felt like Mikka's going really quickly really far from the table. Even when he's taking advantage I was thinking that the way he went back gave time to his opponent to get an extra-ball nor worse, to counter. But, since I am not even 10 times less good than you and maybe 100 times worse to analyze than any coach you have, I thought it would be really interesting to have a video for each of you analyzed by you. I mean, who wouldn't see Sensei explaining and demonstrating how his footwork is compensated by his power? :) Thanks for everything!
Anytime Otto got a clean backhand in I could just hear, “don’t give me there”
LOL
hahahaha yea
don't give me anywhere

Otto is great, he hits the ball so hard and it still manages to go in. CONGRATS SENSEI!!!

@mortuc1 yes, the best instance duo
That response from Miikka at 3:36 holy moly!
how about that one from Otto 6:44

It was so good Otto himself acknowledges. Look at his face after the shot

Definitely hahah
Yes
3:37 Otto's face be like: "NOT BAD"
quarter final match was the real final huh, congrats to all participated. Biggest congrats to pong brothers

Agreed, QF opponents seemed the most dangerous.
Did they win the point at 2:41 ?
World class play by pongfinity! Absolute joy to watch your teamwork. Your recieves were crazy, especially from Otto. Amazing play , really really solid. Hats off🎉
yeah
Love how Otto just holds his front while Mikka is the one covering the bases and providing the pace at the back lol
You two have the greatest chemistry because of how long you'vebeen together, huge congrats for winning!
That rally at 6:55, frigging awesome! Speed and movement amazing, Otto reads the game incredibly.
That's the moment their opponents' spirit was broken.
I just like that they show good clips from both sides, not just their own. Makes it that much better

miikka and otto are so insane bro they react so fast and miikka's low shots are crazy
Just discovered that Otto has an amazing forehand as well!
He's a great shotmaker all round!
Other teams were not ready for Otto's forehand flick.
The ottos precision and the mikka super fast footwork agility, what a team! love it!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Best finnish duo, how crazy is that. I can't even imagine how much effort you guys have put into this. Absolutely amazing, congratulations!
The return at 6:46 - sublime. The crowd going "oooh" too

Mikka's footwork + Otto's power is a scary combination.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT MIIKKA AT 7:00?
I swear! Now I know why Mikka is better than Emil

Miikka showing off how great he is. 8:25 evidently shows it's not a maneuver for everyone.

Great play by both of you. Huge congratulations. You beat some really good opponents. Happy Easter from here in the States.
2:45 so nobody's gonna talk about this moment of them celebrating too early? :D

They did not celebtrate to early. It was their point because the wrong player returned the ball.
