In fact SME, BIG HITS, CLC and YG- actually YG were already doing it since BP's members were raised in New Zeland, Thailand and Canada, are all folowing JYP's path and launching all their 4th gen groups with lots of foreign members. Last thing, Momo was the first and only member whose merch at the very beginning, in 2017, consistently sold out pretty much at every Twice's event. That's not a coincidence. And Sana raised to prominence with her appearance at NHK's New Year's Eve.

And after 3 of them succeed debut together, their names become a headline in a lot of big media here, i know bcs im living at osaka at that time, but im not so interesting about them, at least not yet.
It takes a year for me to finally curious about this group, bcs their name always showing up in TV, their activity always became a news, not to mention all of my friends is always crazy talking about them. It's hard to not knowing them when u living in a big city like osaka. But, what I heard is just about MiSaMo, I heard nothing about the other member. What i always heard is "3 Japanese teenager become a member of south Korean girlgroup", that's it, nothing else.
U know how it feels? It's feel like, u living in Taiwan, and u finally discovered TWICE bcs of tzuyu, that's what its feel like. I think that kind off feeling must be happened to other ONCE's too, just with different story.
