Absolute racist rubbish there's many video showing black youths eho are shoplifting being arrested by the police additionally black people are more times arrested then the white population per ratio
This is called "Anarcho-Tyranny" and though Great Britain is leading the way, most western governments are falling into line. That is, allowing leftist crazies, nonwhite street criminals, illegal immigrants, sexual deviants, and drug addicts to run amok, while at the same time cracking down on all white, conservative, Christian, patriots who dare to complain!
I mean the 16-year-old was so dangerous, unarmed true, but dangerous. I mean she might offend another cop by calling him/ her / them (1) "Mickey Mose" or something along those lines or she might call a man identifying as a woman "sir". or a woman identifying as a penguin "Madam". You must take all precautions in such precarious circumstances.
Endangering police officers by only sending 7 officers and this was a 16 year old girl, not a toddler. What was the ranking officer thinking? If it take 6 officers to remove cloth dolls from a pub, a 16 year old girl much be twice as dangerous.
If they need retraining when it was beyond obvious that what they were going was wrong then in reality they are in the wrong job ..they all need sacking and this is from a former cop of 30 years
The female police officer didn't use the law as she and the other police officers were breaking the law - because as far as I'm aware what Harry says about the alleged offence not being a public order offence as it happened in the house, is correct. All the police video evidence needs to be disclosed. Plus full details as to why 7 officers were present for a 'word crime'!!!??? This underage girl is clearly suffering from a condition that impacts on her behaviour so she should have had a mental health social worker help her - police are supposed to contact them in these circumstances. The mother of the girl clearly spoke out about the mental health concerns.

Sack the officers. 'An alleged homophobic remark'? How terrible......how totally ridiculous. They 'acted in a heavy handed manner'? No, they acted in an illegal manner to be precise.
The term they used on their Twitter statement was a "homophobic public order offense", which is just another example of the dirty, creepy, evil way that language is being twisted to make free speech a crime. These people make me want to vomit.
Look at what they did to Sarah Everard (rest in peace child) and those that gathered to mourn her horrific demise at the hands of a policeman. Absolutely disgusting, sack the lot.
What we have now is a bunch of emotionally unstable police officers who get to use the power of their public office for their own power trips. This is out of order.
Enforcing their versions of law (ideological goals) with violence aka use/threat of unlawful arrest/detention for the purpose of intimidating the public is nothing more than d0m3stic t3rr0rism
What we need are some honourable, hard working and intelligent police officers. Not the lazy, emotionally fragile and incompetent degenerates we have now. Sir Robert Peel is spinning in his grave with what the Met have become.
Yes as we would, why should they be different as they are supposed to be good guys. Re training to learn OUR law not their acts and statues which are corrupt.
@@deth3021 I remember one story of a man who asked the police for help. They went to the house and found his 13 year old daughter in bed with a 40 year old pakistani man. She was high and drunk. Police left her there. Then the father went to try and get her back. Police showed up and arrested him. I think the pakistanis had broken his arm or something. He was given a restraining order to keep him away from them. The thin blue line is certainly protecting something. It's just not justice, the law, morality, or the native british population.
They have been for decades. But whenever people like me say that we are labelled as thugs.. The police aren't here to protect us we need to strip them of their power, their only purpose is to take our rights and do everything in their power to pass more and more laws banning what we can own, what we can do, criminalising more and more while increasing their "powers" to disregard our rights and get away with it. They need to be stopped.
I doubt it's explicitly in their training, but without a doubt over the last 20 years the police have grown to see the public as the enemy, to be surveilled and monitored, to be checked up on, even to the point of monitoring their thinking through their use of language on social media.
Not just thugs. Using force, intimidation, and fear to advance a political agenda, makes them terrorists. The people are growing restless. Good people are tired of the unnecessary suffering being caused by governments and their henchmen.
Yes they do, and it's an easy win and she'll get compensation, here's the problem though, those terrorists will be slapped on the wrist, perhaps suspended with pay for a week or 2 at most, and every penny of that compensation will be paid by the tax payer, not those criminals out of their own pockets, and they'll be able to keep their jobs and carry on doing the same to other people every day.
@@BonusHole I know lots of women who were married had kids then split with their husbands and came out as lesbians the same as lots of men have done the same.
They said that this girl was released with no charges but the "apology" is absolutely a non apology and they are seemingly standing behind the awful police woman who has been slated around the world. Utterly amazing that they are backing this woman when Americans, Australians, British and many other nationalities have said she is absolutely awful and not fit to wear the uniform. .
Be patient, I work in this field of legal practice relating to Police Corruption and Misconduct and the police can't have it both ways, that they've issued an apology and released the female minor without charge is absolute proof that the force command know they're in very serious legal and political trouble with this incident. This child's parents will definitely sue and the repercussions of that will be a significant result in terms of pushing back against this outrageous and increasing criminal abuse of statutory powers on behalf of many police forces in the countries you've listed. That female police officer won't be able to go anywhere now whether at work or privately without being called 'lesbian aunty' and will be unable to do anything about it. A classic case of the Streisand Effect in action which she'll most rightly be now forced to repeatedly cash the cheque of her despicably cowardly conduct choices for a great many years to come. Almost the entire country rose up against Mary Whitehouse when she first started to impose censorship. It was quite well known that censorship leads to authority loosing control of power and then becomes punch drunk on it. It was well debated too, with many pointing out "when does censorship become dictatorship?" What she found disturbing was not by the millions who opposed her. So how has the police taken it upon themselves to censor thought and speech with full legal authority? So a stereotypical answer to a cops face is now an offense? So saying bacon butty is an offense? Where does this end? Can I say I'm offended by person X's face so they should be arrested? Or you said something political we disagree with your arrested? So why did the police kneel to an act of war when our war dead was attacked in central London whilst we were all being fined for being outside?
He's right, a gang dragged a 16yr old girl out of her home and locked her up. No crime commited. They kidnapped and assaulted this young girl. They completely disregarded the fact that she is Autistic and said they didn't care that she was. They should not only be sacked but prosecuted for kidnap and torture.
You don’t know that because you only know what the mother, who allowed her ‘autistic’ 16 year old daughter out after midnight and she only released a specific part of the recording. Of course she is not going to show her daughter in a bad light.
They didn't really attack her though, she walked out of the corner and then threw herself on the pavement outside. The blond officer did the right thing and stepped away from a drunk to let the male officers handle it.
The smug look on that police woman's face actually speaks volumes on this incident, if you are able to watch the entire video, and it does appear as an act of revenge on the police's part. Pretty awful shoddy stuff, and hopefully it is fully investigated, and the family take it further.
A crime for a PERCEIVED insult on the policewoman 's highly sensitive ego, come on. The police should be ashamed of themselves they're there to keep the peace and have common sense.
The entire rainbow flavoured PC ideology that they enforce is based on petty resentment and vengeance against anyone who dares think differently. What would you expect?
Those are the narcissistic self serving scumbags that higher ups in the police service are wanting to employ. There’s a system of political indoctrination going on inside the police force and that should be clear to anyone with half a brain. There is no legal basis for this arrest, you can say whatever you want in your own home without fear of arrest. These “hate speech” and hate crimes laws are extremely dangerous and are putting our freedoms at risk. It’s this vague grey area up to officer interpretation and it leads to stuff like this.
The worst part of the words spoken by the officer to the mother was" I don't care". That is simply awful and a attitude totally out of character in that occupation.
Unfortunately it's indicative of society's collective attitude regarding disability and/or mental illness. If it doesn't affect them directly, they disregard it. I've never encountered a police officer like this, but I have been around teachers and medical professionals who can't be bothered upgrading their understanding of disability or mental illness. They just want it gone. Out of their sight. The moment I heard the words "I don't care" coming out of this officer's mouth, I thought: "I know what that's about."

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by these government policy enforcement officers!!! They are NOT Constable's & were not acting on their oath of office. Should be sacked immediately with no prospect of a pension 👎😡🤬
And they wonder why nobody likes or trusts the police. They're a left wing political extension of woke government policies. It has nothing to do with the law, they're the feelings police and britain has become the Orwellian society we all feared.
Harry is right to react strongly to this. We cannot allow the police AN INCH of overstep with our rights because they WILL take a mile. Before you know it, being arrested for saying politically incorrect things in your own home will become commonplace. God knows they'd love this to be the case.
I wasn't even aware that here in the UK we are not allowed to say "You look like a lesbian" - is that hate speech?? Should someone be arrested for saying that?
But then the police might have to deal with actual criminals and maybe do some real investigation, you know some work. How cruel of you to expect that they should have to work to be paid their salary! 😱
This half-wit journalist is trying to take what was captured earlier on police body cameras and use it to justify the later unlawful arrest by the cops. She has no idea of how the law works.
It certainly was not intelligent to give their opposition such a strong homefront advantage. Lets hope they over extend sticking their necks out just a little further! Blessed we are to get what is deserved. Get Good Amen.
I am autistic. I know that, especially as children, we find navigating the social world difficult. We are "socially dyslexic", so to speak. We fail to properly account for other people's feelings and motives - not because we're heartless, but because we genuinely struggle to realise what those are. It is certainly not instinctive to us. Autists, such as myself, are also very honest. We have a childlike capacity to voice observations without realising that they may sound offensive, shocking, or amusing to others. This is because we fail to properly appreciate tact; although we understand the concept well enough in theory, the ability to recognise what is "tactful" in any given situation is challenging, because - by its nature - it is never explicit. This is what has happened in the case of this autistic girl: She spoke candidly, not realising that her innocent observation may cause anger. She may as well have said "That cloud looks like a rabbit." for all the trouble she thought it would cause. The policewoman in question - her ego and sense of professionalism being apparently paper thin - chose to take insult at being compared to the girl's lesbian grandmother, and unlawfully had the girl arrested on a "Homophobic Public Order Charge"... despite the girl not being either homophobic or in a public place. I hope the woman's commanding officer drags her to his office, asks her to explain to him why she took offence at being compared to a lesbian grandmother, and why that warranted 7 officers arresting a child in her own home. After she digs herself into a lovely big hole, she should be fired on the spot.
She's already dug that hole friend. She's now standing alone in the bottom of it albeit with her 6 colleagues who will very quickly turn on her if they have not already as they each face their own disciplinary process quite likely resulting in dismissal. The fact that the police command issued an apology and released the female minor without any charge proves that they know they're in massive legal trouble. This police officer will now lead a life where she will be repeatedly called 'lesbian aunty' for many years to come wherever she goes and be unable to do anything about it. A classic case of the 'Streisand Effect' in action. She chose to ride the tiger and like all who do soon became its lunch. No pity or sympathy for such types, just glad to see she was exposed before she could do far worse harm as she most certainly would have if this incident had not occurred to expose her.

Typical of law enforcement they want the public to ignore what is clearly shown in video calling it but a snipet of the entire situation. I counted numerous LEO worn body cameras the easiest way to debunk the mums video is to release all the LEO worn body camera footage to the public. If LE wants the whole picture known that is, not that it will release the video or the video will show the heavy handed arrest in a better light than it already is.

I do not think police are badly trained, I think police are criminals and are using the police as a mechanism to control people - from girls who are groomed to not protecting women.
Absolutely ashamed. As a former officer, the first thing we were told was always leave your ego in the locker before you put on your uniform. Many of these officers need to be retrained, let go or change to a more suitable career path that doesn't require interacting with the public often in high tension scenarios. Recruitment, training and the psychology testing that candidates go through need to change.
Indeed as with here Downunder, it was clear that we were headed for serious trouble when videos of police officers wearing pride badges, attending marches, dancing the macarena and driving about in rainbow coloured police cars emerged. Now here it is, and this can only be the beginning.
This is one of the most disgraceful abuses of power by the police I have ever seen. I'm absolutely sickened and I would wany every officer on the scene fired. Just a question here about what the girls said, because this seems to be a personal comment from the girl, and a statement of fact. Her grandmother is a lesbian, and her mother told the Officers that as they were trying to grab her daughter from the cupboard. How are these officers going to spin that around to make any sense of a charge with that?
They can't spin it, they will release the girl with no charges and hope it goes away. But they, as Harry said, will take her DNA, fingerprints, and photograph. The DNA will be done by force making it Robbery but nothing will come of that either. WYP is a disgrace to British Policing.

@turbosnowy - nah... it has been done, even in this year. Just read the reports from March this year, or simply google "(2023-03) Met police found to be institutionally racist, misogynistic and homophobic" or "(2023-03) Discrimination, funding, public trust - what Casey says about the Met police"... Even chief of Police was vocal about it in the media. And that is just a tip of the large iceberg. Based on the original report - at the end, police force in UK is stil racist, misogynist, and stuck in mentality from 40 years ago. Full of people with average education, that basically couldn't not find a job anywhere else, or make career in their original field of study. All they could do at the end is... join the police. Plus on top, a large precentage of older officers, with the "old school" way of thinking - completely not applicable to the current times. And at the end, few percentage of simple bullies, just hiding behind the "badge", and always happy to intimidate the average citizen.

You mean autistic people tend to not have a filter, and will blurt out whatever they're thinking instead of holding back, which is mostly accurate. Autistic people can (and do) lie, however, so this is a ridiculous comment. YOU may not (I can't verify this either way), but that doesn't mean others don't... I've dealt with such people, as have others. Regardless, this is a stupid situation and the police were in the wrong, period.
I was constantly getting in trouble as a child for telling the truth. I'm in my 60's now so I am pretty good at stopping and thinking before replying to strangers who don't understand me but I'm still dismayed. Why do you ask me how you look if you didn't want an honest answer.
More than half the district in England have failed to solve a single burglary crime over the past 3 years. Even if you think “hate speech” should be a crime, you have to admit there are a lot more important things they should be doing.
The police profess support for LGBT and pride in the movement, therefore being thought of, or compared to someone who is a lesbian cannot logically be hate speech. The police force themselves have written it into their policies. It is in the media quite often, particularly during the month long celebration of pride, with some police cars actually being decorated in the colour of the rainbow, to demonstrate their support for pride, and which includes lesbianism. The girl could not have committed a crime with that statement, however the police did with their actions, especially as they actually considered that being / or being compared to a lesbian was insulting, it demonstrates that the police themselves were homophobic.
This officer is a walking time-bomb no one wishes to come across on the street. What we need is a police officer with reliable, mild and impartial character as we had in the 20th century.
If they ever cross paths with a grown, non-compliant member of the public... I can assure you, this officer will soil themselves and leave puddles of wee trailing behind them as they run for their life. Completely unfit for purpose, both literally and figuratively.
She clearly needs anger management an is a walking time bomb.. The sort who would join in the beating(killing) of a human being in a cell/street/dark Alley perhaps. Did you notice her clenched hands??
How do they learn when we pay for them? How do they learn when they keep their jobs? The whole system is corrupt. These police are just a symptom. Strap in. It's going to get way worse.
Like Harry said, what she said it's irrelevant. The girl literally could have said "You look like a lesbian in fact I think you are a lesbian and I hate lesbians" and NO CRIME has been committed inside her own private dwelling.
Those cops, especially the vile blonde, should be sacked, charged with assault, and put in prison gor a spell. They are vicious and don’t even know the law!
I wouldn't hold my breath about Yorkshire Police doing much about it: they recruited her and trained her to behave that way. best thing to do is shame them publicly and for family to sue her individually.
The officers involved should be utterly ashamed of themselves. How many police does it take to arrest a 16 year old girl. These officers must've learned their trade during the wrongful imposition of "lockdowns". It'll be many years before respect for police returns in Britain. Sack the lot!
Meanwhile my sons thinks it would be a waste of time to tell the police about a theft of his property by a person known to him and who admits to the theft!!! The police would do nothing!!!
This is despicable and heartbreaking when you hear that child sobbing. The child was autistic and held for many hours in the station. The psychological trauma she suffered would have been horrendous. This is morally and ethically wrong on so many levels, and where was their compassion - the child did nothing wrong.
The child has been off her face after midnight in the city centre. So have another think. I’m autistic. I’m not vulnerable. I also don’t get off my face and need to be taken home by police for my own safety. Where was the mother when her disabled, vulnerable daughter was drunk on the street?
Cops like her and her gang of thugs are more like modern day gestapo then they cops. To protect and serve - just not YOU any more. Only the government.

This was commonly done by German police in the 1930's, we fought to eliminate that horrendous behavior and here we are letting our own police commit the same atrocities.
It's important to realise this: the victor writes the history. I don't know what happened, as I wasn't there. But because of some of the less favourable things that are now being discussed more and more, it's really important to discuss whether what we're told is true. One example is that of burning books. This was a one off event, where students burnt the pornography and books promoting perversion in the library of the institute of sexology. Crystalnacht, was again, done by the citizens, not the Gestapo. They were warned not to do such a thing again, or they would be punished. Like I said, I don't know. But now that other information is coming up, maybe we should look at it.

@@Tina-mt9cl True. It's important to also notice who (((they))) are.
@@giggles8 Any complaint made against the police now with regards to this incident the investigating officer is to make sure that all the body cam footage is retained as evidence.

I hope they sue the individuals involved for as much as they possibly can. It’s a complete disgrace.
As a former PO of 30 years I find these actions abhorrent and a horrific misuse of resources policing stupid laws passed by a totalitarian state. They are not hiring bright police and are badly trained.
So what did you really want to do for a job way back then?
@@GLEN1061 it was a whole lot different back then. PS: I am not in the UK.
They're not interested in the brightest, just diversity. Doesn't matter if you can do the job as long as you tick a box.

All of these officers must be fired and sued.
What is most DISGUSTING OF ALL is that NOT ONE of these "officers" protested in defense of this poor girl!!! NOT ONE! FIRE THEM ALL IMMEDIATELY!!!
Ridiculous... she shouldn't be an officer if her little feelers get hurt so easily. 😢
This is one of the most disgraceful abuses of power by the police I have ever seen. I'm absolutely sickened and I would wany every officer on the scene fired. I usually support the police but this is embarrassing. How many officers do you need to arrest a young girl. I've never written to my MP before but this has spurned me to do it and I will also be writing to the home secretary. My heart goes out to this poor girl and her family.
I wrote to my MP once and never got a reply so good luck with that.
Remember what they did to Sarah Everard (rest in peace child) and it took Princess Kate turning up to her memorial to stop the plod from abusing those mourning Sarah's demise at the hands of one of their own.

@@monopolybillionaire5027 95% of burglaries go unsolved in this area and 99% of thefts and you think this was a good use of 7 officers? It's not about LGBT. It's about the police abuse of power against a clearly distressed young girl with autism. I don't know why you would think this acceptable. Police cannot be this sensitive. Every day most officers get abuse hurled at them but they don't react like this. This was malicious and driven by emotion which police officers can't be. Autistic people often lack social skills and just say things as they see them. I find your lack of compassion very sad.
Legally trained here and he's absolutely correct. A private place is not a public place and therefore a public order offence cannot happen there. The arrest was illegal, unlawful and completely against British Law.

He's spot on with the way to resolve this. Sue the shit out of them, False arrest, kidnapping, illegal entry to the premesis, tresspassing, assault, actual bodily harm and emotional distress. Do it as individual charges against each officer and against the chief constable to maximise the effect!
This police officer and the rest of her team should be charged with abuse of a minor with additional charges for abuse of the disabled under the disability discrimination act.
The entire police force across the UK needs to be independently investigated - West Yorkshire seem to have a particularly poor reputation - extreme corruption and incompetence makes a fairly toxic combination.

UK police are the biggest criminal gang.

Yup.

These gestapo wannabes will face the consequences for their treason.

@@Sionnach1601 So true..
Nobody under 30 believes in “hate “ crime.

Those fake officers should be fired and arrested
Good point, they don't want to give up that power they felt
I seriously doubt they have the moral capacity to be ashamed for what they did to that disabled child.
Should also be a section 26 abuse of office charges, against each copper present.

This was commonly done by German police in the 1930's, we fought to eliminate that horrendous behavior and here we are letting our own police commit the same atrocities.
That's exactly right.
