Yeah, Plamen is a very chill guy! There is good and bad folks everywhere, mate!
I think most of Bulgaria top arm wrestlers are all chill.
Kazakh top pullers are very chill aswell, the most competitive guys at table practice are the non top echelons of the sport in every country, aside from Georgians, they always try to destroy you on their advantageous positions, even Levan complains about this aswell, he tries to work some angles and stuff people on the high level are always trying to crush him and if it is being filmed for youtube or something it's even worse.
There are unfriendly and friendly people in every country, it's just comes down to individuals.

Plamen can not toproll Yusuf the way Engin does. Engin totally denies all options for yusuf to hook right away in the starting position
Their style of toprolling technically differs. They both have their unique strengths and weaknesess.

Plamen's base is his powerful wrist/fingers and general backpressure. For Gashevski it's the pronation and elbow flexors. Other than that, they are strong in every position. And they have mastered their craft. Being only strong without applying correct technique and angles won't help you against experienced pullers.
