So, this is just another narrative set by BJP in the minds of the people that without BJP market will crash. Looking at the data of the last 2-3 Lok Sabha Elections, I think market is gradually going to correct by 10% or so in the next one and half months, and then once again start its normal slow upward movement for the next 5 years. If that is punctuated by a 10-20% corrections at times due to some news related to the instability in the existing government or any other news, I won't be surprised. I am a small investor and a salaried person, so I am not worried at all about the market without BJP. In fact, the kind of economic polarization we have been witnessing in India in the last 10 years, that couldn't have been good for India's economy in the next 15-20 years: if the larger section of the society would continue to become poorer and poorer and only a small section of the society would grow richer, how can there be sustainable demand in the market in long term? In that case, only a few stocks of the businesses that focus on the richest people would skyrocket and the broad market and our economy would perform very badly.
