It seems to be more of a constructive criticism rather than a rude comment. A rude version of this could be, "This edit was cool and all but i can tell youre a beginner. You should do more practice.", which in its own way can be taken constructively. Take this comment that i saw, reading, "it's so off beat oml", and compare its tone to this one, theres a clear difference.
