    Bhai I tried it and it worked 100%. I even added jaggery while boiling the milk and the end product was Misti dhoi. Awesome taste 👍👍👍

    Great recipe...the temperature of the milk to curdle should be 110...F. Then add the spoon ful of yogurt to make on thecorners of the dish.do not stir at all nor mix...give enough warmth thru towels and blanket after closing the pan on the top. It needs six hours to curdle in a warm place....then in the fridgefor two hours more...and then it can be eaten.

    Perfect tarika bataya hai aapne. Main ab hamesha isi tarike se dahi jamaati hoon. Hamesha badhiya banta hai. Bhool se agar zyada der baahar rah gaya to bhi khatta nahin hota. Bahut bahut shukriya.

    Please make a video on how to make desi ghee like old days. Peela, reshedaar, gaadha, damdaar desi ghee, purane jamaane me gaav me meri daadi banaati thi. Usme gaay ke doodh ko ek bade se mitti ki haandi me dheeme aanch pe bahut lambe time tak garam krti thi aur pata nahi kya karti thi! Us ghee ka jo taste aur mazaa aata tha wo ab pure market me kisi ghee me nahi aata. Aur yaha city me jo ghee hum ghr pe banate hai wo cream ko bas simply ubaal ke banate hai, wo bahut chikna hota hai, usme wo maza nahi aata. Please purane jamane wala desi ghee banane ka pura method bataiye. Please please....

      We normally never add sugar into the milk curd mixture before it sets. Sugar is always added after the curd is set and chilled. Each person can then add as much sweetness as they want.

    Bhaisaab apka bolne ka bat karne ka tarika bahut hi tahzeeb bhara hai. Ache ghar se hain shayd isliye. Maine dahi gungune doodh me jamun mix karke aur usme ek dandiwali hari mirch dalke jamaya to jam jata ha lekin pata nhi mirch k vaja se jamta ha ya aise hi jam jata hai

    Mere pas bhi ek trick hai, jaise ki aap agar 2 litre dahi jama rhe hai, to usme 500 gm wala amul fresh cream dal kar paka le , aur uske bad dahi jamaye,
    Bilkul icecream jaisa dahi jamta hai
