I actually don’t think it is for that reason. I over explain and it’s out of habit from my childhood and from trauma of sbusive relationships. A lot of different things can cause someone to over explain things. For the hair towel, bend over with your hair flipped over with you. Then the button on the towel goes and the nape of your neck and you twist your hair in the rest of the hair towel . Twist it up keeping that hoop available. Then put the hoop around the button. Once you've put the button in the loophole stand up and adjust it to be straight. Good luck, it's super cute!
