I have to laugh, can be a bit tricky, coming from a guy who has probably assembled many burnishing tools. Beware, it's more than a BIT tricky. It's damn near impossible to install the spring clip. You should show a closeup of the technique used to install the retaining clip. That's the toughest part of the assembly, just a thought.
