Robin’s reaction to Gina’s not sanctimonious, it’s human. She was still mourning Stone. She was his biggest defender while he was alive and Gina, whatever her reasons were, treated someone she loved badly. It’s unrealistic that she wouldn’t be angry with her.
Gina deserved everything that she got from Robin. Robin was still hurting. Jagger and Karen weren't there at the service either, but years later Karen admitted that it was because of Jagger, he was too too hurt which caused a divorce. Jagger admitted to Robin in Nightshift that he was sorry for not being there for her.
Couldn't have been me I would have been like you know what Kevin was all due respect she wants to make amends to somebody who's dead and she thinks that she's going to get it from me oh hell no she treated Stone like trash and now that he's dead she wants what sympathy she couldn't handle it and you think Robin could handle it like I'm sorry Kevin you so high and mighty but like you got to remember like this girl she said awful things to Stone when he told her the truth she wanted nothing to do with any of her brothers Robin at every right to feel what she felt and giving that girl a second chance right after she lost on me come on Kevin
No offense but stone was kind of a jerk to her, stealing from her family and not even having any remorse for doing it, making fun of her because her adoptive family was rich, etc. She was extremely naive about AIDS and extremely sheltered by her adoptive family. She's trying to be nice and make amends and Robin's being cruel.
Gina should not have let Robin get away with her lashing out. She should have told Robin was a jerk Stone was to her and her parents and never apologized for his behavior nor did he replace the stuff he broke and stole or the money he stole.
I agree too. I hate how sanctimonious Robin became after Stone died. Gina screwed up, but she's trying to make amends. And I'm glad Kevin put Robin in her place.
Couple things. Their relationship was definitely tense but by Jagger and Karen’s wedding they were okay. And Stone wanted to make peace with her before he died. Robin saw her treat the person she loved like dirt and her personally like she had the plague because she might have HIV. Maybe Gina had regrets, but Robin’s anger towards her isn’t coming out of nowhere.
