I got the 491 nomination from nsw. Now i am going to lodge the visa.
Does DHA conducts any physical verification of the employment.
How much time 491 visa offshore will take.
Can I stay anywhere in regional NSW or I have to stay at the particular RDA which approved the nomination in NSW.

Congrats on getting 491 visa, and nope DHA do not conducts any verification, as verification (in 2% cases) already happens by this stage,
so no further verification will be done, just the medical exam and some 6 months, and you will receive the grant
in NSW you can stay in Wollongong, its regional and close to Sydney for 3 years and good job prospects

Chances are good with 75 points, my suggestion is to apply for both 189 & 190, and if you do not get invitation in 6 months, then apply for 491, you will for sure get in 491,
But this year too many are getting 190, so chances are good with 75
