Powersigil staff on 2nd wrap, NOT good... you gain power "ok" ... but you lose your stacked life... went from 1900 to 900 in a boss fight lol... almost ripped lol...hc....
Could you also try the Pyrophyte Staff as well? It got Living Bomb Skill which is also does not use any mana to cast. I try to build it with elemental also contribute to bleeding but I'm too dumb to make it work.
i tried it out and it kinda sux , the duration on it is heavy countery snergy to the cast speed stacking , it doesnt have good crit chance so cant really go crit with it without sacking crimson power which is like half of the defenses of the build , fire dmg also sucks compared to lightning or cold The only good thing about it is that it has really nice aoe , maybe as a titan it could work since then u can get like 70% reduced skill effect duration and have the detonation timer match your cast speed but would be a very different build at that point

Doesn't vulnerability curse give you some ignore armour? But not sure how it stacks with armour breaking from the spell crits. I originally started off trying to do a frost + phys caster idea, and then I noticed that both exsanguinate and reap are on wands, and are not ingame. I honestly feel that having spell implicits and base skills (bow shot etc) is a mistake in this game. Obviously also sanguimancy needs a fix to make it even remotely manageable.
yeah exanguinate looks really cool if they ever add that wand i want to revisit this build for sure reap looks like it would do more dmg than bone blast too so could have a weaponswap setup with exsang for clear and reap for single target or smth vulnerability works like penetration sadly so if the mob already has 0 armor it does nothing
what kind of pinnacle bosses can you do with this build? Im playing bonestorm and I think Im gonna struggle with the 2nd or 3rd level of breach boss. I did the first boss twice while carrying someone and it was slightly close
i just tried xesht because thats what i had in hand , that 1 was quite easy because nothing can 1 shot you so doesnt matter the dps is low , not sure about the other ones how bad the mechanics are

not with the intention to shit on your judgement, but... grasping wounds is basically the overall most powerful item from poe 1 as ascendancy sure you could argue that mageblood is more powerful, but objectively speaking, and in the context of overall usability progenesis is insanely strong. interesting approach on blood mage tho! keep it up
yeah youre right it is very very strong but in context for this build , since it has massive amount of es and also mana protecting the life pool in reality were almost never taking life dmg for it to matter
@@Emilgod i understand your way of thinking, but lets face it, grim feast most likely wont survive new years :D that is why whenever is see something incorporating Grim Feast, i basically ignore the ES aspect of defense :P

i like bro. maybe put in jewel and powerfull expensive uniques and gear should work for pinacles but its a decent good start league. Think is a very cheap starter..
thanks , could for sure invest more into the build and maybe scrap some of the defenses for more dmg but i think its intentiaonl design that wand/staff skills are inherently weaker than skills from gems
Mana tempest can be used for single target for 70% dmg added as lightning and an extra 15% more dmg from premeditation

Have you tried getting some reduced skill effect duration? Making the bone blasts explode faster seems like a really good qol

@@Emilgod Not sure if they fixed the bug where if you weaponswap you lose all your overflow. Would 100% need to be fixed before you implementing this.

very interesting build would love to try but snatching a wand like you did seems very hard
mhm took me 3 days to find a decent lvl 19 version , and it wasnt even a big upgrade cuz it still had worse mods than my previous lvl 18 wand
have you tried going the bleed node on blood mage while using a curse like enfeeble with the doomblast support for more aoe?
bleed is horrible for this setup , doomblast sounds like it might have some potential as blood mage but would probly need full rework

found a guy playing this build BUT he is using some green daggers to do single target damage and its pretty strong

How is the damage before getting the crit bonus per 40 life node? Also i think the mobalytics is bugged, only shows 3 piece of gear incorrectly
i swapped to bone blast at around llv 80 so dont know how it would feel earlier
