Check to make sure you have bled the fuel to hp pump, crack union nut and make sure there is an atomized spray from hp pump. Check governor is set correctly. Check mag pick up at fly wheel is installed correctly and not faulty Check avr terminals are all secure Check voltage pot on avr is set correctly.
Alhamdolillah my genset same fault solved the main reason of changing of new fuel filter which was little bit wromg and therefore same fault was occurred,, You want to check the final fuel inlet line on FI pum for smooth flow of fuel in the pump
I encountered such problem like that..you need to check your fuel priming pump or another option is you need to supply your generator in a overhead fuel tank so that you will know if you have the problem in your fuel lines or fuel pump system.

My generator tests weekly without any issues-transfers and engine starts. However, when there is an actual outage, the transfer does transfer, but the engine will not start. Your problem is diesel problem check the diesel flow from the tank and check the diesel that return to the tank if the diesel stay in the diesel pump the pressure will shut down the generator

@@abdallaabdi5493 you have to check the fuel pump injector and also the injector nozzle to see if all is well due to the increase in loaf this can effect the speed at which the fuel is coming out if it is not relative to the load it will definitely shut down

Just noticed the set has ran 32 hours.
So either fuel problem, check restrictions in pipes and check fuel tank level or the governor is possibly loose
If it is only running by around 4 hrs only? Is it still the fuel problem or the gobernor problem
Check the injector pump the rotor head needs to be changed
I am experiencing the same as we speak, if not d fuel line, then it will be the artuator/avr

There is Air leaks in the fuel lines or fuel filter is clogged.

There's a problem on your AVR. Without load the rpm and voltage ok but if theres a load the rpm will go down.AVR problem...
