hey! Guitarist of 7 years. Strum back and forth slowly over and over again from the two chords. Once you do that repeating over and over until it’s smooth slow, then, do it 5 bpm faster. then once that is smooth, 5 bpm faster still. Over time you can increase the speed till it’s smooth for you to transition. Be patient with yourself and have fun!

(I've been listening to this for some days and haven't done a update comment so im just writing one rn) day:1 it was alright I felt really drawn to my guitar while listening to this day:2 I picked up my guitar and started playing for 30 minutes and honestly I can tell the improvement day:3 After 2 loops of this i managed to play the intro of a song I love but some how I managed to do the harder solo easier, I also played for so much longer than I first did day:4 as soon as I woke up my hands were so different so much longer and stronger and felt so drawn to my guitar day ???? im onto my second song and its going so well but I have started to use a different sub

I suggest doing both to maximize results! Practice makes perfect. I’ve been playing on and off for a few years and it gets a lot easier once you practice repetition. Muscle memory will come with time. If you’d like I could spend a few mins. on the weekend to find some vids for you!

atlas covers you learn muscle memory by strumming one chord 4 times walst saying the chord name and it helps improve

you should try out gear4music for a beginner guitar one of them only cost £75(additional fees) and the set costs around £85(with additional fees) i have bought myself a guitar from there hoping to get good at guitar and its a really good cheap electric guitar
