That's not aluminium that's ZAMAK a low melting point '400°C or so alloy of zinc, magnesium, aluminium & copper, it has less than 5% aluminium and more than 90% zinc.
Aluminium is not adapted to faucet production because of galvanic corrosion issues
Came to the comments to say that. It may be some other alloy of zinc, but it's certainly a zinc alloy the way it's melting and flowing.
Another informative video of everyday things we all use. Thank you for talking your time to produce these great videos.
Amazing process, thank you as always.
Just want you to know that you are appreciated. From N.E. USA. 🎩🌄🦁🛡⚔
No background music 👍👍👍👍
Bro you didn't offer us to buy one as gift for girlfriend.
Also you didn't mention what Korea is it?
I'm in confusion of the highest order!
Great sounds
That plastic faucet is going to crack sooner than later from normal use, if the plating doesn't start peeling away first.
Can't talk on the sink any more...they tap the water.
The lack of eye protection is interesting.
👍💪✌
🥰💓
So many chemicals involved.
Most of those baths are just wash steps the the electro plating. Their just water
@@satchelsieniewicz5824 prep metal for coating involves chemicals also dying involves chemicals. Coating also release gases despite being underwater

Your the last step 😂😂😂
Plating is an, environmentally, nasty business. From chemical extraction to disposal of the wastes. Not making a comment on if it's needed, pretty, etc. Ya just can dump that crap down the drain.
Everything is bearable until she starts throwing a brick at you
