Whats the price for this?
It's a lovely house, but it's on a very small lot. Two things I would change immediately would be the sunken floor in the front living room because it's an unnecessary trip hazard, and the black counters in the kitchen. The basement apartment is virtually without windows and in the US would not meet codes for emergency egress.
I like the first bedroom you showed (4th bedroom?) Better than all the others, including the master bedroom. Don't like the basement.

We can't figure out what is wrong, the mic is recording two channels. final cut shows two channels, is set up to export as the timeline but exports two channels with the left side proper and the right very faint, is either FCP or mac bug, have to wait for update.
