This song is called Ky Marak ( being in love) and is one of the oldest folk songs from the city of Shkodra/ Skadar/ Scutari a 3700 year old City the former Capital of Illyrian Ardians ruled by Queen Teuta. I'm an American from the City of Shkodra at least 6 generations and I know for sure that its not a gypsy song although the orchestra is sounding it like a gipsy. It is written and composed by artist Pieter Gaci in the 1970. Mr Gaci at that time fell in love ( Marak) with a married woman. He met her husband and asked him to listen the song. After listening the song Pieter Gaci admits to him that he wrote it for this gentlemns wife and asked his permission and forgiveness. The gentleman incontrary told him that he was honored to be married to such a beautiful woman and gave ok for the song to be published. I thank you for the positive impression and comments.
