Filtration: Oase Biomaster 600 Termo filter
CO2: JBL Inline CO2 reactor with pressurized CO2 2kg bottle.
Substrate: Prodibio aquasoil, G-series 1 and 3 gravel, and River sand.
Plants used in this aquascape:
Anubias barteri var nana 'Pangolino', Bucephalandra sp red, Cryptocoryne Flamingo, Cryptocoryne parva, Cryptocoryne pygmaea, Cryptocoryne beckettii, Microsorum pteropus 'Windelov', Bolbitis heudelotii, Juncus repens, Rotala rotundifolia, Rotala rotundifolia 'Orange Juice, Rotala rotundifolia' H'ra', Micranthemum species 'Monte Carlo', Nesea pedicellata ‘Golden’ and Taxiphyllum barbieri.
Hardscape: Driftwood, scaping twigs and Landscape rocks.
Livestock: Caridina japonica, Dwarf puffers and Hyphessobrycon amandae

I remember when Dave Chow did this scape, I remember during covid how overgrown it got and how you took care of it, it really has evolved of the year or so, shout out to the maintenance crew who has the responsibility to keep the scapes in Tip top shape and thank you Filipe for bringing it all to life!
Thanks Mike. This layout got a bit out of control by letting all plants grow in general, covering most of the hardscape losing the shape. It's getting back to normal now, even after a nice trim and replanting.
I’m enjoying this series looking at how the scapes have changed with time 🌿
They changed a lot... They gave their best to keep them nice, but some simple lost the shape. Now all of them are on the right way once again.

Demorou um pouco e pensei que seria impossível de recuperar devido ao volume das plantas, mas com tempo e alguma paciência, o resultado acabou por ser excelente e à imagem do que o Dave queira fazer.

@@sergiopereira3242 depende, se a idea for criar volume o ideal é podar e esperar. Para um efeito finalizado, temos de podar onde queremos e replantar entre os caules o que foi podado.

Even though you’re the one who fixed Chows aquarium I feel like you kept it how he would’ve to the best of your ability it looks lovely great job!
I did my best! Was difficult to reach the hardscape and keep the shape, but with some time and patience, was possible.
Very nice. Consider trying some inside tank footage in a shrimp tank?
I don't have shrimp tanks... But I have plenty of shrimps.

Absolutely stunning scape
What sand is this, and is IT that White in real life, or are the camera/video deceiving? It seems/looks extremely white
It's a blend of river sand of JBL with old sand. I just have used a little bit of new sand to fill some gaps and have a better finishing. With time, it gets more natural.
