Also Maddy Morphosis and her gf Liza have the best critiques on Maddy’s UA-cam channel without being mean. They give a great medium between the pettiness of Bianca and Scarlet and the niceness of Raja and Raven.

It was pretty clearly meant ironically as in "Isn't it funny how Raja and Raven are being very nice/lenient in their runway critiques [on the official RPDR show that specifically reviews the queens' runway looks,] whereas Bianca and Scarlet gave much more criticisms and negative critiques on the Pit Stop [The show that recaps the entire episode, but doesn't usually go quite as in depth on analyzing and critiquing the runway looks.]

I’m so glad they talked about how consistent Loosey has been bc her aesthetic has been VERY CLEAR & consistently good (so far). I love her shape and the detail on her runway this week was insane! 😍
I really like Loosey too and I’m kind of surprised that she’s been underestimated thus far. It’s just a suspicion but I feel like she’s going to do well.

I was prepared for Raja to give some boots, but they really liked almost everything.

honestly i was expecting a LOT bigger for this runway, it's such an open-ended category and i feel like some of these queens really could've gone further with it. there are some really great looks that i LOVE but some of these just felt like i've seen them too many times
I'm wondering if the category they were told was just "metalic", then the producers dressed it up as "metalica" for filming. Because I was expecting to see at least some girls take a metal rock twist to it when Ru said the category, but everyone did the usual studio 54 or armour/panelled looks. You're right, they're good looks, but nothing new and exciting, except Sasha's. I was expecting Raja and Raven to be more frustrated by that.

Cause so far her runways have not been the move. 🤦🏾♀️ I think the only honest review I’ve heard was from Bob the Drag Queen, everyone else has just been like “I love that she did something different”. I love her personality, but I haven’t liked anything she’s worn yet.

Some of the best times of my life were when I lived in West Hollywood and Raja was in my circle of friends. It must have been around 97 or 98 when we first met at Cherry. I was in some late 90's homemade drag but she still told me I should come work there. She could do a whole video called "Let's Boot Betty" because I was always a mess. I'm so happy for all her success and that I got to call her friend. I had to move to Ohio to take care of my mom so my life is way less interesting now, but at least I have these videos to remind me of my glory days.

I'm from Australia and didn't know much about Sasha Colby until I became sick recently. I spent hours watching her perform on UA-cam and etc. I KNOW HER NOW!! She is one of the most engaging entertainers I have ever laid eyes on. She has a talent I have only ever seen in people like Michael Jackson, Prince or Lady Gaga, you can't take your eyes off of her and you want her peformance to go on for longer. She also seems very kind, firm but kind xo

Okay.... comparing her to Michael Jackson or Prince is literally a stretch. I get you're a fan of Sasha, but she's nowhere near those two mega stars you mentioned. They were incredible. They were pioneers. They were top of their game as singers, dancers and all round entertainers. They were musicians. They broke records, broke the mould and did for black people what no one else did at the time. You can't compare Sasha. They were both in a different stratosphere!
No disrespect at all, but the kids of today are enthralled by literally anyone that everyone else seems to be enthralled by.
Sasha IS an amazing performer, but she's simply a drag performer. A (fierce) lipsyncer that looks good just walking around collecting money. She can't be compared to the mega stars of the entertainment world. That's another level.
This makes me want to go to a Selina show😂 the way these LA queens keep trying to claim this was a good look is wild to me. She must be a great queen! Firs Monet then Willam now Raja and Raven.

I thought all the looks were just ok. With a category as broad as Metallica I was expecting some epic concepts, something we haven't seen before. If the category is so open to interpretation like glitter, metal, a specific colour etc. I have huge expectations for story line and individual expression... not just a silver outfit. No one looked that bad but no one make me gasp.
My money is on Anetra for the win .. I bet she will win this season...

Allegedly, Princess Poppy's designer made her metallic runway look with non-metallic fabric, so she had to use something else on the fly.
Honestly love how the twins look on the runway. They always bring it, and I'm always excited to see how each of them can deliver the same look in their own style.

Wendy I know exactly how you feel. Honestly I felt like I was short changed on Friday. So I was left feeling a little empty. I have a couple of suggestions. I watch Wilma fingerdoo. If you haven't seen her before she's a queen, absolutely hilarious does drag race reviews she's being a big part of my drag race experience for years. Also Deja has started a new show where she reviews the lip sync for your life. I watched it last night and it was terrific. Every little bit helps to get you from one Friday to the next. LOL I'm so excited about the snatch game but I have a feeling it's going to be rushed. That's a lot to fit into one hour.

idk i like sugar & spice having coordinating looks, especially because they're literally twins and they have the same bratz type aesthetic, let them be! if anyone's gonna do it it should be them
Not to mention they have spent their entire lives together, so they are going to have similar experiences, issues, aesthetics. Even twins stronger in (identical twins)born and separated have a lot of similarities when it comes to likes, aesthetics, and choices made. I really think people have already decided not to like them and therefore won’t even acknowledge when they do excel in a challenge or runway.

I don't agree that the metal needs to be shiny. I was glad they tooted Jax's look even though it wasn't their aesthetic, because it was different and well done. I would have like to see a different boot, with additional metal, though.
