As you can see Extreme presets is horrible and not at all optimized in DayZ and most multiplayer games anyways you have to make your own in this game to make it work (at 4K that is) and you'll get 120+FPS AT 4K in a really weirdly optimized game. This is actually impressive as hell.
@@SmallerMoen you need to learn about the problem itself more before starting to explain something and looking dumb in result, the thing is that horrible performance of 6000 series amd graphics cards in DayZ is known issue and amd can’t do shit about it for a long time already, also you can check how 3090 perform in dayz to be 100% sure about how bad these amd cards for DayZ
