Yes you can cut ur hair when it is wet, just keep in mind when it is wet there could be some shrinkage when it dries (like the hair when it dries is more poofy vs more flat when wet, just depends) !!
Belive it or not Razor Use & even sale is highly restricted in Canada. Razors are sold for Wigs ( Wink) I have used Razor on my thick wavy hair, it looks Fantastic for about a week, but then no matter what products or styling I use, Bramble Bush on my head & nothing for it but to cut the razor cut out. streight hair looks much better with Razor Cut.
