DM Advice Episode 1

Hey Guys, I've been wanting to share my DM experience to return the favor to the older guys that helped me along when i was starting out DMing years back.
I'm going to start a series and try to pass on what I've learned and done for my RPG campaigns to anyone willing to listen, I have a pipeline for my potential episodes but I'd like to hear your opinions in terms of production, content and possibly things youd like me to help you out with.
