I am amazingly beautiful. Affirmation of the day. I do definitely want to take action! I’ve been ready! I am waiting on him. I am giving him all the time, space he needs but I’m still trying to use some comments areas like these to at least say some things. I actually worry that he’s walked away
From me. I worry he will get bored or listen to his fear and push me away. I’ve been in that head space. The only way to get out of that head space is to look closer at your past experiences in love. Take action to do things differently. Step into your wishes and change your fearful self sabotaging thoughts. I used affirmations and I have vision boards in my room. They have big words. Such as, “ Destiny & Fate Dreams Do Come True. “ I decorated it with symbols that are related to the things I am manifesting. The visual never leaves my eyes as long as I am in my room. I am in my room a lot. I believe it and I confess it. I think it and I visualize it. Then, I let it go to God and have an attitude of surrender with gratitude. I remain in my state of mind that I choose which is not getting in the obsessing or the attracting bad energy. I do try to keep myself busy and if there is nothing to do, I just stay away from negative people. I embrace things I want to do by myself or with my son. It’s hard being independent and in between where you want to be in all areas of life and the actual place you are currently. It’s all changeable. God is moving me forward but He is in the driver’s seat. Usually I am. Not this time. My only point goes back to what she shared. Hangman energy is a stuck energy. The only way out and to end it is to walk through it. No going around in the cycles of I’ve did that Ive tried that...nope. This time you face it all head on and allow yourself to feel AGAIN and not just the parts you like. All of it so that you can experience where you need to tweek the parts where change can help you better your connection. Being the best version of ourselves is where the aim is. It’s a timing thing. One last thing, we do not always see our blind spots. People in our lives can tell us what they are but hearing what they are will hurt. If you really want to be a better version of your self you need to be raw and exposed with raw truth to look non biased at yourself. Tough to do but after you learn how to allow the vulnerability and release any fears there...you can ask for help with a professional. I am actually doing this very thing and I’ve been told it takes time to work out those blind spots. I’m being bold and doing it so I can enjoy the type of love I want and so I can help my partner enjoy me more. Nobody in my life role modeled what love looks like or I’ve never been able to figure out what a good relationship looks like. It’s tough because of this. Heck my family did a bad job at communication. This is why I know that I need to do things on my own and seek out where I can get those answers. I’ve seen a lot of things that I definitely do not want in a relationship but for me, I’ve been struggling with manifesting a visual for what a good relationship looks like. Besides the obvious stuff. Maybe that’s an area to explore.
