Wow Logan I’ve watched this video 3 times and after decades of meditation you explained about brainwaves to a place where I’m now mediating way deeper . Last year I made a concerted effort to research what is happening to me when I meditated. With all my research nothing came close to how you explain what is going on in your brain and your consciousness when you meditate. I would be also interested to learn if you are have talked about the hormonal effects from mediation in regard to the stress hormone cortisol? Thank you again for posting these “ enlightening “ videos !

I just wanna say thanks for this video and the content you push out, I’ve been on a meditation journey the past year and a half daily now since I had a psychedelic experience it opened my eyes and taught my meditation is key to life and I’ve been searching for ways to progress but just found myself at a Plateau but you explained this well and I think I will try your teachings to further my meditation
I found myself struggling to even have visualization happen yet I find myself entering moments of bliss after a long meditation and even now if it’s a good day just 5 mins of meditation has me buzzing almost and it balances my bipolar symptoms

Thank you for answering my question about falling asleep. I never wanted to "try" anything at that stage for fear it would take me out of it. But sometimes I don't even know I've fallen asleep.
A surprising number of people have breathing anxiety. Focusing on the breath in any way, including just allowing it to be as it wants to be, causes spasms. Body sensing or something like that can replace focusing on the breath at least until the anxiety is overcome.
Hey Logan. Can you plz make more meditation videos? I like how u explain it more than even people like eckhaart tolle and moji and others. I relate to it alot. What I'm having trouble with is how do I let go of My awareness of breathing? I kinda feel like the meditation pulls me in that direction but it feels like I stop breathing all together and that scare me backwards in the meditation and I have to try all over again. Also I'm looking forward to ur video on how to keep from going into delta and go into gamma instead. Otherwise keep up the good work logan. You do such a good job. I hope someday when I'm no longer afraid to let my light shine that ii can b either a blogger or even a UA-camr like you someday. Just so I can be of service to others. Your an inspiration
Thank you! Yes, I will definitely be making more videos on meditation in the future. I also plan on posting some guided meditations soon. I actually advise staying focused and aware of the breath during meditation-using it as the primary object. However, when you get into deep alpha or theta, you can start to gradually move your primary object to elevated emotions (love, joy, gratitude, etc.) and this will start to activate heart-brain coherence. At this point, as you are primarily focusing on elevated emotions, you are still watching the breath in the background, never fully letting go of the awareness of it. But I only once got Into gamma through meditation on accident. By the way. Speaking of gamma. Check out something called the bliss technique. First watch the video how he instantly gets his brain into gamma. And then watch how to do the technique. It works for me but it's not meditation nor should replace it
