Lol the way they cooked the egg noodles at qiji is like cooking maggi. With all the powder packs pour into the soup. Saw it with my own eyes. No thanks please. Ill stick to the popiah. At least it uses fresher ingredients . The only thing that is healthy in this video was the salad stop ofc minus the dressing. If you empty the whole dressing in your salads, it just defeat the purpose. “No wonder healthy food is more flavourful” haha if this video is solely for HPB “healthier choice logo” then okayla they met their requirements of a sponsored video.
like legit no offence to jiahui or anything, but personally, i just wldnt want someone to make me eat healthy by guilttripping me and making me feel bad about my eating habits. its just not really positive motivation
I quite like the vid, but gravy and/or porridge, are both unhealthy. I hope to see such vids steering towards healthy/certain diet will be month-long endeavors (rather than 1 to 3 days), to really allow viewers see the difference.
