What is the most common treatment for cellular exudative bronchiolitis caused by aspiration in an adult and would one most often than not be able to avoid a bronchoscopy before proceeding with a treatment plan? Radiological findings are the following: Tree in bud and signet ring opacities. Centrilobular nodules: Left lung has 3 calcified granulomas measuring up to 5mm. Right lung has 6 non calcified nodules measuring up to 3mm. Also, left infrahilar calcified granuloma measuring 7mm.
