What's up Compa, I almost felt victim, or better said I almost made the stupid mistake to marry a woman from across the border. thank god i caught it on time. Let's say, i learned my mistake. Just had to add, my ex told me that if we ever divorced she would loose her green card and leave back to Mexico which was the opposite of what the u.s. agent said. Never again!
Is a common misconception but if the marriage was legit you could get divorced and it wouldn’t revoke her green card. I’m not an expert and you need legal counsel but that’s what I have heard
