I have been listening for 3 days as part of my night playlist. Every day I look for things that are positive and true to the affirmations here. This helps me believe more.
Anyways truthfully, the thinning seems slightly less, not big difference but slightly. And I got my hair styled today for an event and the stylist said my hair feels thicker and she didn’t need to use spray to fill in the thinning parts. Mind you she last saw me two years ago but still

I have started hormone therapy,another for a arthritis tumor on my back and chemotherapy will start in 2 weeks.I will be on pills because of cancer 2 type.
My hair growth is 2 cm instead of 1 per month,and I haven't seen any change in my hair.

Thanks for including "my hair grows as fast as I want it to" 😆 Most subliminals focus on rapid hair growth, which can get pretty annoying when you have your desired hair length. I swear I have to cut 2,5 inches every month to keep it roughly where I want it
