- Lamb thigh seasoned with rosemary has an easy and perfect recipe! In this method, the meat is flavored with special spices and fresh rosemary, then cooked in the oven with garlic and some vegetables. We grill a pineapple in the fire and serve it next to the thigh meat. Eating this dish in the mountains with local vegetable bread will be very tasty and hearty.
