Hi doctor please help me I’m confused. MY LPM was on January 24. And at 14 March I did an ultrasound and shows I’m 6 weeks pregnant. Which I thought I was 7 from MLP. Does this mean I ovulated late.

My lmp is 18 June 2024 I had my urine test on 19 July when i dip strip into urine it shows a dark positive line within 5 seconds and on next day 20 July I go for beta hcg test it result was 8870. On 30 July I had my ultrasound doctor said it is 4 week pregnancy. Can you tell me my exact week. Why I have strong HCG in my urine and blood 10 days ago if I am 4 week now

But I have a confusion.. my LMP was 30 April 2021.. according to my USG report I am currently in 23 weeks but according to my doc I am on 21 week .. I am Little confused with the dates ..
Also According to doc I will be completing 7th months on 23 rd Nov..

Ma'am meri LMP 28 march 2023 h, meri edd meri LMP ke according 2 Jan. '24 hai..maine last scan 4 nov. Ko kraya tha which was normal growth scan..LMP ke according scan 31 weeks 4 days mein hua tha, scan mein 32 weeks 0 day aya..kal on 25 nov. main doctor ki visit ke liye gyi toh unhone mere prescription mein 33.4 weeks likha..LMP ke according kal mujhe 34.4 weeks hua h and last scan ke according 35th week complete hua h..fir doctor ne 33.4 weeks kyun likha mere prescription mein...please clear my doubt🙏🙏 first scan maine 7 weeks 5 days mein kraya tha according to lmp..usmein mean gestational age 7 weeks 3 days ayi thi and edd 4 jan. '24 ..doctor issi edd ko manke chal rhi hain

Madam please clarify the following doubt.
My wife is at present 27 weeks pregnant.
Her LMP is - 12th November.
So as per gynae doctor EDD is on 19th august.
However since the first ultrasound report which we did at around 6weeks her EDD as per ultrasound is on 10th September.
After that during regular checkup uptill now everytime whenever we do ultrasound tentative EDD date shows as 10th September only.
Please clarify why there is a difference of 20days between LMP calculation date nd ultrasound report???
Is it an indication of anything criticalities?
Some women have delayed ovulation leading to delayed conception. If the 6 weeks USG indicated 10th September and subsequently USGs also coincide, take that as the reliable EDD

Which type of usg is given during pregnancy? Lower abdomen or transvaginal?
Trans- Abdominal ultrasound is usually done in all trimesters. For specific 1st trimester localisation wherever there is doubt eg. location of gestational sac or fetal heart sound , trans-vaginal scan can be used
