You guys were used by God to bring me back to life when I was a teenager. I thank you sm❤❤
Anyone else reminded of “Ten Thousand Years Won’t Save Your Life”?
I cannot fucking mention enough how criminally underrated this band is. Like my god this music feels like its like from another planet.
It is our duty to make this band a celebrity. This type of music must prevail in the world
I was hoping to see it was the original woman from your prior videos, and it was. What another beautiful video! I loved this so much!
Yes, that seems to be Jessica Nicole Collins
2022 is running to it's end. Unfortunately the world is again wounded by human loss and grieve. In my personel life 2022 was a peaceful connection with nature after heartproblems in the previous years. I find my balance again, life was sunny and peaceful and above all all the things what I love came on my path of happiness. 2022 surprises me with new music from Hammock. It was also an sensory explosion to me. A beautiful song leads me to the sun and back. This year was a year of light, a year of much happiness and a year of extremely sunny days like never before. From migrationbirds came close to my home, a lot of displays of noctilucent clouds to purple grey foggy moments, all the beauty came into my heart. Surrounding by my most lovely wife I felt a constant happiness this year in a world sinking in anger and rage. And just now Hammock closes 2022 with some new songs and a new album 'Love in the Void'. How beautiful is that? The title track is exactly what I felt this year in nature: Love in the Void is just everywhere if you open your heart! If you do so nature opens his heart too and you feel love everywhere.
I decided to use the album title in one of my new photographic collages because this is exactly what happens to me this year. Thanks Hammock for the music! Majestic like always!
As someone who struggles with seasonal depression I already know that this album will come at the perfect time for me. Your music has always spoken to me on a level unlike that of any other artist and what it's meant to me over the years can't be put into words. Thank you, sincerely. 💜
Also, this video is INCREDIBLE. The nature shots in particular are larger than life.
❤
Similar feeling (and situation) here. 🖤🧡
@@andremangabeira2019 My Dad suffers from it and he's in the hospital at the moment.

This honestly sounds like it came straight out of Top Gun and I'm all for it. This song blows my mind every time I listen to it.
I recognize a few of these places. Big Sur and coastal California generally are absolutely gorgeous.
Nice music, too, guys.
She's back. So glad to see her again.
Hammock makes us all “Common Children”. Can’t wait for the new record!
I've listened to Hammock for an estimated 30,000+ hours.
I've been drinking Hammock for over 16 years. For the better part of 11.5 years at a job, I listened at work nearly 6 hours of an 8.5 hour shift, 5 days a week. I'd listen to Hammock the hour drive every work day in the dark hours of the pre-dawn for 11.5 years.
I'd listen at home at night for a couple hours several days a week for years.
That Hammock atmosphere at the beginning is so iconic for this band. You just know you're in for an absolute audio experience.
Its like a nostalgic sound that brings you back to their earlier albums. So dang impactful.
Just know I'm a fan for life.
Can I wait too much for it ahhhhhhhhhhhh, how I love them hammock and grettings everyone
I was waiting for some month for this mess jajaja how I could tell you I rode good moments with all our albums and bad ones too ,alone or with friends ,alone and along with someone else , teetotaler or dopped with u know but I'm here now living for this standby jajaja
Gracias. Lo acabo de ver junto a mis hijos. Es hermoso, como siempre.
David Altobelli should be directing studio films. He is sublimely talented. The images are so achingly beautiful.
oh yes ...outstanding.... where was it shot ?
@@oliviergeoffroy9823 All over the California coast, but I can see Pt. Mugu State Park for sure.
@@fakenorwegian4743 ok thanx ...;-)
The thing I love about Hammock Is the openness to interpretation. Hammock has carried me through both joy and pain for the last decade and has managed to ignite a different set of emotions and feelings with every repeat. My life waxes and wanes with much love. And many voids. But the songs remain the same faithful tides that pull me out and in, helping me realize that nothing on God's green earth is permanent. Thank you, Hammock. And to those who inspire you.
So beautiful and peaceful
Love this!! Is there a playlist that has the videos of her story in chronological order?
Hammock has been my all time favorite band for years now. And this song has sealed the deal even more.
Eu sei que está música ela e nova mais mim dar uma nostalgia enorme que trás muitas emoções obrigado hammock 🇧🇷🇧🇷😭😭
Whenever I listen to Hammock I leave something personal by my side so I can find my way back to my body. I have traveled far and we are loved wherever I go.
Hauntingly beautiful music. I'm so glad I came across Hammock a few years ago.
Me encanta como conectan los diferentes clips, despues de algunos muy oscuros y de desesperanza este viene como un reborde de energía y fuerza, como si nuestra protagonista ha encontrado por fin la paz y felicidad
An artistic tour de force. The music itself is spectacular. The accompanying video only amplifies it.
Yes, you are here. Yes. You ARE. HERE!
Thanks guys.
WOW!
This is A24 quality, I'm beyond blown away.
I didn't think anyone could match the visuals with the incredible work and sounds you've created.
I'll die a happy man if I ever get to experience this live.
You guys are incredible and thank you for creating this masterpiece!
Phew. That was perfection.
I Love y'all so much! ))(( A trillion thankyou's and blessings for crafting such divine dreams that we all now share.! Art shall rue the whirl! Now and forever more! Happy 2023. 💙🧡

Un omaggio alla vita e la vostra musica ne fa parte. Grazie🙏

Hello from Moscow!
Your videos are like being on a retreat somewhere far away... Thanks for the therapy! 🖖🙏😉
Magnificent !!!
Greetings from Uzbekistan 😘😘😘😘
Holy Christ!
This is next level guys.
Powerful and touching!!
Gorgeous!
Thank you Hammock, for this musical and visual gift, a wonderful premiere! 🌟
Question: does anybody else get Explosions in the Sky vibes?
Not to take away from them in any way, they are their own and this is truly beautiful.
Can we just start calling ketamine infusion clinics, therapists in general and recommend their music be a standardized part of protocol?
Not as medical advice just a inspiring suggestion.
Personally have group meditation or hammock listening parties with any patient friends who can sit together and just journey together for integration. Could this become a thing folks? Surround sound cinema stereo style yall!
Would be so cool to hear about more people doing this.
Have and will continue to have further integration with their music. Their music literally feels like emotional integration or trauma resolution technology.
Especially on loud hifi stereo, pa speakers or a great set of pro quality ear muffs.
They even have vibrating chairs for feeling music, imagine hammock being utilized in such a way!
Impresionante como logran arrancar tantos sentimientos, una producción impecable gracias por regalarnos su talento!! y que sorpresa ver a la chica de los otros videos!
Just wonderful. Hammock music in its pure state! Exciting, Beautiful, sadness, joy, transformation. Everything that this duo's music brings. It makes the soul tear the body with so much emotion.
I can't wait for the release of the new album!
Congratulations on yet another masterpiece of Hammock music.
Hammock toujours sublime puissant fort qui emmène mon âme loin loin loin de ce monde pourri.
Holy fuck this is good
Wowww...😍
never been disappointed along my journey with hammock ever :) you are the besstttt

I love you my dear brother. I can't touch you but I can feel you when I'm listening to hammock ... ❤
see you later bro and my closest friend hammock.
i love you all my heart
I'm crying, this is so achingly beautiful
favorite music band
To say this is like the best of Sigur Ros isn't doing it justice. I honestly half expected Jonsi to come in on vocals at around 4 minutes in.
LIT. LEGIT. LIVING FOR IT. ✨
Perfect…. Music and visuals!
I'm in love with Hammock, i felt so many emotions i thought i would never be able to experience...💜
Ali was here and shall return.

Как можно так писать музыку, чтобы она буквально совпадала с биением Вселенной? Невероятно
Y’all writing songs that sound how mushrooms make me feel.
💖💖💖!
This is so powerful !
Your songs always make me breathe deeper and slower
Whoo 1000!

that trademark Hammock sound, they are truly channeling something divine and magical. can't wait to hear the rest. keep going!
2:26 I love the use of space engine for this shot. Such a cool game for getting shots like that.
thank you for another amazing song 💜
just amazing, thank you
The Jango radio app introduced me to them!! Awesome!
Wow what a song , and what an ending, that final glorious chord of life ,Pete Townsend [replace in your mind with your appropriate vision] arm swinging ,legs splayed ,silhouetted against the all encompassing light of truth . HERE IT COMES FOLKS, JUST YOU WATCH.
You know..."normally" I prefer pure acoustical music. HOWEVER...there's a brilliance in so many, many of your compositions that's completely irresistible and, clearly, you're getting better with age. This is your best work...until you release your next album. (I struggle with liking the Sleepover Series. Maybe I just need to listen to it again.) More tasty musical morsels to feed the abstract thinker's mind. Bravo!!
0:40 anyone else think the Seal was singing? 🦭
Also if you enjoy hammock, please check out my music. Thanks ✨
Hammock is like therapy for soo many of us. To think how much different my life would be had I not accidentally stumbled upon them back in like 2008.
Found them in 2012❤️My life would be so empty without them.
I come back to them when I'm at my lowest. It gives me peace and resets everything that's going on.
What was the first track you heard from them in 2008? :)
@@maxp918 the first song that got me hooked was the house where we grew up. Then listened more and found raising your voice trying to stop an echo, god send us a signal, will you ever love yourself, etc etc. They’ve been my peaceful/study music for over a decade after they were recommended on iTunes. I don’t even remember what I was listening to that was similar. Maybe Explosions in the sky from the Friday Night Lights soundtrack
It was 2012 for me. So glad I randomly clicked on my first hammock video that day.
All I've been listening to for the last 4 years - Hammock. I've tried to tell people about it, show them, and they just can't seem to slow down their minds and actually listen, actually hear it. I don't know if anyone can break through like that for people who just don't listen, and can't hear all that's going on here. I had a co-worker say "yeah, it's mellow, and kind of sleepy" to which I vehemently replied "Not at all, this music energizes me, and rejuvenates and makes me feel alive. I don't find it sleepy at all, and if you listen, you'd start to see what I mean." If I had the money for a studio, I'd create my own version of this music. But for now, all I can do is my singer-songwriter stuff. So that means you guys have to KEEP going. ;) Thanks for all your dedication and the gift of your music!
Well said! I've also been told that it's "Really intense," which is funny because that statement usually comes from my friends who are into metal and punk.
Yeah, sadly some people don't get it. They can't. Maybe they shouldn't. It's special for a select people.
I love Hammoch but I still find it sleepy. Maybe not all Songs but just listen to „Oh John“
I love EVERYTHING you do, Hammock! But this is a whole new level! Sound, visual, emotion!!!!! It was worth waiting so long for a new album to find out that she is head and shoulders above anything you've done. I really like that there are more distorted guitars. At the same time, signature melodies and harmonies from Hammock were preserved.
The video was filmed and edited brilliantly. I wanted to drop everything, get behind the wheel and drive off in an unknown direction!
Thanks Hammock. It's good that you exist.
Hammock my life inspiration you practically saved me because I almost gave up on my life, but when I heard your music for the first time it was like I was reborn and I can only thank you with all my heart. Hammock forever!!!
Glad you didn’t give up ✨
Much love to you friend. Keep on gently moving forward with self care and following your true path in life. In the silence of our being all answers we need to know m, yet phenomena such as hammock serve to remind us of this vast spacious silence within. Always always always Love and gratitude
Hammock is definitely my favorite band in the whole world. Everything you make me feel is so beautiful.
Watching again the work of David Altobelli and Jessica Calleiro with Hammock's music is closing my year in a wonderful way.
Thank you for existing.
Your music played on loop at the wake of my wife's funeral. I am forever grateful for your music, it's beauty and depth.
Wow, I can't believe they brought back the girl from the other videoclips, very nostalgic!
She's married to one of the members ;)
@@collectivedreamer4541 Really!l? Her Instagram would say otherwise..
6:27 i knew it!! thank you for your beautiful work always🙏🙏
Can’t wait to go to sleep and wake up to this 🤙
That looks like the same girl that was in their videos 10 years ago. If it is, damn did she grow into a beautiful woman.
Amazing music and cool that it's the same girl from your other videos
5:57 I instantly started crying, I knew what was coming. So beautiful 🥹
yoooo Hammock, you have to tour and run through California after this video. You have been the most influential and impactful band for me for the last 14 years. Seeing you live would be a dream come true. You'd make a grown ass man cry.
I'm not the only oneee
unfortunately they don't really tour or do live shows, it's very rare but man I would travel internationally to see them.
Always good to see Jessica in your amazing videos again. Almost as if she's Hammock's muse. :D
These two beautiful minded individuals speak my heart, soul and mentality..
Love is an understatement for this “band”
Hammock has provided a new beginning to this life everyday since finding them in 2011
So true dude 🙂
Agreed 5,000. Right there with you my friend.
This album is bringing back emotions and sounds from the first couple of hammock releases and I couldn’t be more excited for the full drop in a couple of weeks!
Hammock is from heaven, the music is so epic & full of emotions. It gives me power and optimistic feeling to my body to live here and to my soul to travel through space & galaxies ❤ (Love in the void) is my year music of 2023.
Your music has been my sanctuary for years. It's the only music that makes me feel the way it does. You're my favorite band and hearing you create new music makes me so excited for the future. I can't put into words how much I love what you do or how much it's helped me but I can say that it's spoke to my heart in ways that I will never forget. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Wow. Just when I think Hammock has reached its zenith, this enters my life. Outstanding, gentlemen.
I love this style of music from Hammock. Back to their root.
Totally agree! After Mysterium, they've had plenty of output that's been more generic, ambient sounds which was quite boring & samey imo, love that this reminds me so much of Raising Your Voice... while still building on it.
I never thought love could be quantified until I listened to Hammock ✨💕
Serious 1990s video game nostalgia on the waiting screen here. (I relate!)
I listened to this song and thought 'WOW'. Then I listened to it again, while watching the video, and now I don't know; just, wow...
So outstandingly beautiful! 💜
You guys have always been such an inspiration to my own music! 🎸🎶Thank you ever so much for that! 🙏🏻
Once again, you have brought us a deep peace with great music. We are grateful to Hammock for this. Thank you.
How does a song just keep getting progressively better over the course of 8 minutes? How?!
Direction 🐬
I'm in tears, thank you.
Really looking forward to this!
