I’m not entertaining anyone, there’s no one that I’m interested in yet. That makes me wonder. He was an energy vampire who put me through hell. He was deceitful, very selfish but was wearing a mask, he felt entitled and took everything I offered and never gave anything back. He breadcrumbed, ghosted, lied, betrayed me. He tarnished my reputation to dis-empower me. And he never did right by me. I didn’t lower myself to his level, I didn’t do anything to hurt him, even though he treated me horribly and broke my heart. I told him I forgave him and I walked away gracefully, holding my head up high.

Indeed, it was a scammer.. fortunately i got guarded when he spoke about accident and money issues.. that was the hardest moment cause my intuition told me there is something wrong. and he's blocked. He played mindgames but I've prayed for clarity and I found out the truth. Hope he gets his karma. I have trust issues since because of his lies, he manipulated me.. 😢 just healing now.. You’ve hit the nail on the head in your last sentence and had I known this years ago I’d have saved myself years of trauma! I should have heard alarm bells ringing when I asked questions and he evaded them very slickly for 5 years. Older and wiser now.

Trouble is that in 2024, relationships aren’t based on love any more they’re like a contractual agreement ie “what does she bring to the table that will make my life easier?” Men have been burned financially by their ex-wives and now ‘love’ has slipped down their list of priorities - they’re looking at doing to women what (they perceive) women have done to men over the years. Such a sad world we live in.

Well the one that’s a trickster for me is my own son who went with his dad 12 years ago. He tried to come back but the door was closed. I am done and it is over. The person I’m with is really a nice guy. Thank you❤
