POV:
Deku was walking around in his old neighborhood where he used to live at since he had nothing to do, he thought why not. He was hanging around mostly in the alleyway parts before someone had noticed him and called the pros, endeavor was the first to arrive, going in for the first attack, Deku didn’t have a choice to flee due to more pros and police coming in and blockading all exits, as him and endeavor fought, deku landed a clean blow on him, launching him back, as deku goes in for another hit, endeavor knew what destruction his quirk would do, yet continued to use a huge attack, blowing deku away and burning houses around the area, which coincidently one of them was the house Inko was living in, getting launched in from the window, Inko was badly injured, as the house fell apart being knocked out. Endeavor hurries to continue the fight with Deku, but as he walked into the house he had realized what he had done, and how he shouldn’t of used such big attack.

Or POV: Endeavour has a flashback to when he was a child and his mother was screaming at him because he just got his quirk and accidentally used it on his father so his mother said the same exact words izuku did and started to physically and mentally abuse him. That's why he takes his anger out on the children and he can't stand being told that he is even somewhat similar to his mother.
