I can't believe how much of a difference your techniques have changed not only how my make up looks but how my face, eyes, eyebrows ALL have completely changed! My eyebrows alone look sooooo much better. I have noticed a big difference! Love love love your teaching. 🙏 Thank you 🙏☺️
I get them line's and I love the way you show how it sits on your under eyes! Well l will be getting a power for my eyes so I don't get those lines! Again another brilliant video Nina thanks for that see you in your next video!❤
Thank you so much Nina! I have a terrible problem with under eye creasing as a 55 year old menopausal woman and its driving me nuts.I will try this. Fingers crossed!
I stayed away from concealer because I just wasn’t sure if the application and technique worked so I just stopped used it. But after watching your step-by-step application and technique, it finally worked! I wore concealer all day and set it properly using your technique and at the end of the day, it was still in place. A huge plus was my mascara did not travel down to my under eye area because the concealer was set properly! You’re amazing, Nina!
Your technique has changed my life! Really! I used to be so frustrated with trying to set my under eyes that I would almost cry! I even gave up on trying to set my makeup. Then I saw your other video and Wow! Game changer! I have learned so much from you. Thank you so very much. I so much appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us❤️ Peace and Love ☮️❤️
I've been using your technique from the 1st video ever since I saw it and I have seen a huge difference. I love this video because it just elaborates on what you said before. I'm so grateful ,thank you so much for enlightening us with this knowledge.
You are Appreciated sooo very much Nina! Your techniques have changed my outlook at the age of 42, on donning make-up or "camouflage" as I like to call it lol Thank You for sharing your knowledge, You Are A Queen! 🙏🏼👑🤩💚🔥
Love your videos!!!. Going to try that!!! Shapetape is too dry for me…Can you please make a video more specific for dry mature skin under eyes????… waiting for a miracle!
Hii Nina I know I haven't been leaving you comments but I always watch every single video. My husband takes up a lot of my time since his heart attack . But you always make my day. I love the blush technique and have been practicing this method when I can. Thank you so much for your honor helpful tips.
Love all ur videos Nina, I’ll have to try this technique as have a bit of bags & creases & always find concealer lies there, u explain things so well ur brilliant 💕take care x
Hi Nina, thank you so much. I now know where I am going wrong . I will most definitely change that. Thank you for being such an amazing educator. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Cannot wait to try technique this out !! Thank you very much , Nina. I use Huda’s baking powder to set my under eyes so hopefully this works out for me !
Thank you! Will deffo use this method, treated myself to some Ben Nye banana powder. Not used it yet! Love your videos, so informative Nina, many thanks!
Hi Nina, this video has helped me with my underline . OMG I am 74 and this technique works me and At 74 …… Thank you Nina you are an angel and a beautiful one. Keep up those technique and we the viewer will use them. Thank you 🥰🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼
OMG this video just came at the right time, got into your video a week or so back and learned so much. Also shopped for some concealers, cant wait to try this technique out! Thank you for always sharing your knowledge with everyone!
You have such great videos! So few people are showing/discussing techniques and the actual makeup application. You’re always so well spoken and show exactly what to do to combat the issue. ❤️
I tried this technique last night and it works. I live in North West Tennessee, USA. It’s a hot and humid this time of year. Even though I use a matte primer my biggest issue is my under eyes. I’m 55 so that’s not surprising. I’m not as dark complexed as you but close. The technique works and it doesn’t take long to do. I don’t use eye cream because I lucky and don’t need it.
Thank you for this video, Nina! I've tried your technique for setting the undereye area...and it works! As I've gotten more comfortable with the steps, each time it works better than the last. As I've said before, and I'm sure others have as well, it is your detailed explanations that make the difference. I trust your teaching to the point that I got the same setting brush and powder puff...lol...game changers! 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you!!! I’ve never seen anyone explain it better with proof! It doesn’t take long for it to settle! One time I was getting ready at a friend’s house and forgot my powder puff and no one had one. They all looked at me like I had 15 heads! 😂! I had to use a brush! Ugh!!!! I looked ten years older that night and thought why did I even wear makeup?!!! I see a lot of people use pressed powder and I cringe inside! Hope you have a great weekend! ❤️
What do you think about using setting spray in between your concealer and powder (by spraying the setting spray on to your hand or a sanitized surface and tapping it in, not spraying it directly on to the under eye area) and then using your technique with the powder puff to apply the powder once the setting spray is basically (or completely) dry? I worked as a makeup artist a few years ago when I was in my last year of law school and for a few years afterward, and another MUA taught me that tip, and I felt it worked pretty well, more on under eye puffiness. (Both of us had good training, but were no where on your level, but I have to admit that if it is something that a person has an affinity for, and if a person enjoys doing it, working as a makeup artist is a really fun way to earn extra money when you don’t have a ton of time on your hands and you need to be able to set your own schedule and need to be able to work around school or another job and school or the other job has to take priority. You get to help others feel great about themselves, meet cool new people, attend fun events, and expand on your artistic side, but I always liked how it made my clients feel better about themselves and smile that much brighter.)
I’m wondering if a primer was used under the eye before the Tarte concealer was applied or if the concealer was truly the first thing. I just noticed that eye cream is mentioned, but not a primer. I always use primer under my concealer to help with the dryness and create a smooth surface. Thanks for any reply!
Thank you so much! Love all your videos. In this video is your Beauty Blender dry or damp? Also what beautiful eyeshadow do you have on in the beginning? It’s beautiful on brown eyes? Thank you xx
The best educational tutorial about this matter I ever saw ❤️❤️❤️, but If I can add to it. It also depends on what concealer we use, if it's a moisturising concealer it will crease more than a concealer that dries matte or satin. Also Nina please I need a video about makeup base that stays on humid days I work 8 hours a day without a break in between plus I also don't like to touch up my base. Please help me 😭
Hey Nina! I love this video! It really answers the problem with the creases under the eye, thank you! But can I ask something? Maybe it’s just me that has this problem. I will be turning 62 in July. My problem is the crease that I have from my tear duct down. That is where the concealer settles. For over 60, I have found that vitamin E oil helps. I put it around my eye nightly before bed.
This really works for undereye! Thank you so much! ❤❤❤ Would this technique apply for eyes too though? My eyeshadows creses everytime in my eyes... I have hooded eyes... anything you could recommend?
This was one of the most helpful pieces of advice I have gotten from your channel. A couple months ago, my son said to me, "What's wrong with your face? You look a hundred years old." 🤣 Turns out my makeup was actually enhancing the fine lines around my eyes. Thanks to you, I no longer have to look twice my age! 🤣
Hi Nina, I tried the powder puff technique and it is a game changer! I noticed that I can see my fine lines just a little bit more when I smile after I use the powder. Can anyone really notice the lines if they aren't close up? Or will it look more subtle? Thanks!
Thanks for the up close follow up to the original video. 😊 after trying your technique, I'm not struggling with eye creasing as much as eye texture. I'm 50 and the skin under my eyes has really changed, it's no longer smooth(ish). So when I apply concealer, whether cream or liquid, it magnifies the texture difference and screams "I have makeup here!" instead of looking natural. I have light skin and REALLY dark circles, so I can't go without concealer, but I also can't find a way to wear it that looks more natural. Any suggestions? I tried using Elf color correcting primer under the eye area, and that doesn't seem to make a difference in color correcting nor with wear, so I think I need a different primer for concealer. I'm using the CoverGirl infallible long wearing concealer (which Alexandra Anele rec. as a drugstore dupe for Tarte shape tape, and the coverage is indeed solid) after my Dermablend quick fix stick concealer started to be cakey. Edit: typo
Your videos are very helpful. Thank you! Can you also teach how we can do the technique if we are using pressed powder foundation and not liquid foundation.
Thanks for sharing your no-lag 👏🏻😘💪🏻🌹❤️, and giving to all makeup lovers this much time for expelling each and every detail in makeup, we really appreciate 👏🏻with respect. Because i am following your techniques and now my make up look more like me and clean make up everyone gives me compliment. I am so happy but still I am suffering with under eye creasing problem. I tried Hydro primer , with the primer my makeup looks fantastic except my under eyes 👀 😂
I’ve been binge watching your videos! ♥️ I have a question... do you use this technique before applying your foundation or after? I know you like to do your contour before applying foundation. Do you set your concealer before foundation as well or after?
OK I am a little confused. I understand the part where you have to take the beauty blender and kind of lift up and kind of take out any of the foundation that’s in the creases before setting it with powder, but what I don’t understand is, are you saying that’s the only issue here or is there also the second issue of setting the powder with a brush? are you not supposed to set the powder with the brush as well?
Mam please give some tips for oily skin makeup and please show how to do touchup and touchup kit for oily skin please do that one fastly that was really helpful for my wedding please please mam
Hello ms. Nina , since I applied your techniques to my make up I also adjust my alarm 😂 before it only tales me 10mins to prepare on my face now it takes me 30 mins or more 😂 but i love it .. please film more beauty and make up tips . Labyah ! 😘 PS: watching from japan 😇
I started doing my base how you do yours and I love it. I do a cream bronzer my concealer and sometimes blush before I use my foundation. The Ben Nye powder is a game changer. I bought it in banana light and it’s amazing. I started setting my concealer the way you do too. I never get creases. Thank you so much for making these videos. You are so good at what you do.
